Amazing theme thank you but I found an annoying tiny problem the name of the connected WiFi in the quick settings menu don't appear well as the font is black as well as the background this also applies for the notification you get from Facebook and other notifications. Thanks again for this amazing theme! :thumbup:

Well I don't know how to fix it, before I used to use uot kitchen to theme my ROM maybe there is an option in it to pick the color but anyway I can live with it, it's not a major bug the theme itself is amazing. Keep up the good work

Yes There is an option in uot kitchen but it doesnt work, i had to change the value in xml for the notifications and i didnt find the good xml for the WiFi quick settings

I see, maybe if you change the background it self to something brighter gray color or use the same bluish color it should be fine then just suggesting :thumbup:

Hi friends,
here is the V2 Release-candidate from my new project called "Gingerfire", Blue Version..!!!
Installation-instructions and zip-files below the previews..!!
Please read these few lines carefully before installing the theme..!!
The theme is based on the latest jvb (deodexed) stockfirmware and is running without any issues on my device I tested it on the latest jvk and jvb (deodexed....) firmwares....
Confirmed by "Leshy1991" running perfectly on XWJVB+sweet honey 3.1
Confirmed by "oceangreen" running perfectly on Juwe's _Smart_Edition_v4.1 Gingerbread
I created stuff for:
Statusbar,
Settings,
Dialer,
Contacts,
different Lockscreens,
Overglow style,
Homescreen-App-icons and some more stuff i don´t remember right now...

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOADLINKS
THIS THEME WILL ONLY WORK ON CUSTOM ROMS.

Beware friends, i´m not a programmer,... i just like to create some crazy stuff for our phones..... This means that i can not give you very much technical support on this...!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are using Darky´s latest jvk rc4,jvb rc5/6 maybe the theme will not work for you... I´m working already on a solution but please contact also Darky or his Crew, maybe they can help you...!!!!!
You have to flash the zipfile for the theme by using the ClockWorkMod Recovery (reboot holding volume up + home key + power button). Select "Install zip from sdcard", then "Choose zip from sdcard".
I strongly recommend to clear the cache and also the dalvik cache from ClockworkMod recovery first. The "clear cache partition" option is on the main menu and "clear dalvik cache" is in the "Advanced CWM features" submenu.
One more time...: I recommend also to do a backup using nandroid (this is also accessible in the ClockworkMod menu)
The first boot will take some time, so you have to be patient.
Below at the downloadlinks you will also find 2 zipfiles, one with the App-icons (containing 108 icons, all icons are named as the application they where meant to...) and one for the wallpapers i created for this theme..!!
Don´t try to flash these 2 packs because they are regular zips. Just extract them on your computer or your phone and use the stuff in the folders as you like...
To use the App-Icons on your homescreen, you can use DesktopVisualizer (free on market), just choose on your homescreen "widgets" and DesktopVisualizer, than choose the widgetsize (i prefer 1x1 small) and you will see a window with the settings for the widget....
For clock styles you can use Beautiful Widgets or Fancy Widgets or gTabSiMiClock from the Market..
The clock on desktop can you find in Beautiful Widgets clock-skins called "Glazed"...!!!
You can use this theme with almost every launcher you like, for example Go Launcher Ex..

you are very welcome and big thanks for the feedback.!
Regarding to the font in the statusbar and on the icons i´m not sure by myself if i will use it for the release-candidate... It´s a very unusual font (Brush Script Std) and until now i could not find this font for the android to implement it to the system.. That´s also one reason why i always post a preview before the release...
Depending on the response to the whole project i will decide if and how i will continue working on it.. because it´s very much work...

im running 2.3.3 KPE too and metamorph is working,just install busybox and update
I used UOT Kitchen on 2.3.3 and it worked fine. Applied battery and icons.
Uot kitchen not working on villain rom.. Ive tested it. And makes notification bar gone

Battery icon is not working properly... percentage is not OK... you can check it with *#0228#... so I replaced battery icon by another with UOT Kitchen and it is working weel now...

what about the SystemUI? I tried using framework-res.apk from villainrom as the base, but same thing happened... the status/notification bar dissappeared. I just wanted to change the battery icon..
after a little exploration, I manage to overcome it by replacing the .png files of the batt icon.. but still, I wonder how you guys manage to use UOT without dissappearing the notif bar
you can use KPE base at UOT, but after finished with UOT, then you copy the image manually from framework-res & systemUI generated from UOT to framework-res & systemUI at villainrom

try to take progress horizontal xml at drawable folder in theme above. Then copy image *holo.9.png (i think so)

Sense 4.0 Clock widget and Lockscreen Mod
Very true , I modded the Lockscreen to look like the Sense 4.0 lockscreen + some cool stuff (of course I didn't port it , so the moving live wallpaper is not there ) | Moreover , I also modded the hTc clock widget to resemble the one from the Sense 4.0 and I am still working on it , I won't be posting any beta versions of the patch but for now I will state what it has exactly
COMPATIBILTY | VERY IMPORTANT | DON'T POST ISSUES IF YOU DIDN'T READ THOSE
This Patch MIGHT be compatible with other than what is said down , but these are the compatibility issues suffered so far :
- Fully compatible with Marvel , Partially with Marvelc , but still works on it with bugs ...
- The ROM should be Sense 3.5 rom
- The ROM should be deodexed , at least the /system/app is deodexed ...
THIS ARE THE BEST CONDITIONS FOR THE PATCH TO WORK !!

Flashable Version 3.5(New Method)
FIRST , please show me your consideration and press the Thanks button , when my thanks are over 100 I will then release a TRUE sense 4.0 clock widget and lockscreen believe me !!
This IS the traditional version of installing stuff , a flashable zip , down in the attachments S4WCLP Flashable.zip ... Thanks to whoever contributed in the project !!
If you face ANY problems in this method try the Classic one below :
Installation of the Mod (Classic)0.1 , Enable USB debugging on your phone from settings > applications > development > Usb debugging
1. Extract all the files somewhere
2. Then backup your files by the following:
-- Go to the Backup folder
-- Press on reboot recovery
-- wait till the phone is in recovery
-- go to mounts and storage
-- toggle mount /system
-- open Backup.bat from the folder
-- wait till it finishes
3. go back to the main folder
4. run Install mod.bat
5. wait till it finishes
6. open reboot !
That's it you got your modded Lockscreen and Clock widget !
Now for restoring in case anything happens ....
redo the backup process till "toggle mount /system" , then run restore.bat
Now you are back to original !

Yeah i noticed , it will need some modifications , but the bad part is that I couldn't find any hdpi ring to use only this mdpi one , the thing is in other 3.0 Senses , they are 3D which is different from ours , because of that what we have here is crap ... Also the black bar under the clock , I will try to get it more smooth as in Sense 4 ... It will be version 2.0
Ahh ! I noticed a small bug in the clock modification ( it still works properly but some art problems ) It'll be fixed in version 2.0 ...

hi i haven't understood how to install it...i go in the menu that you say in your guide but i can't access to the backup.bat menu because it doesn't appear...how can i resolve?? i have the cyanogenmod rom

I am sorry , this only works on Sense roms as far as I know , but if you get this working on your Cyanogen mod , perfect !! perhaps i could port it to it if I had that rom on my PC ! and I am sorry if I didn't mension it has to be a sense rom ...

Thanks to the huge progress made by Virtuous Team and the tool they released I finally made something I was waiting since the first minutes of handling the HTC One X: make the original Sense clock weather transparent (take out the black background) to enjoy more our wallpapers.

Ok here's the tutorial for manual install if the flashable zip method didn't work:
-Place the apk in a folder of your sdcard
-Using an app like Root Explorer (copy/paste in system partition) copy the htcClockwidget.apk file and paste in system/app
-Check permissions to : RW/R/R
-Restart your phone
-Go to settings/apps/HTC Sense and clear all
Voila!
You can also push the apk via adb
-adb remount
-adb push htcClockwidget.apk system/app
-Restart your phone
-Go to settings/apps/HTC Sense and clear all

You can copy/paste your actual htcClockwidget.apk from system/app to a place in your sdcard as a backup in case it doesn't work

it's not warking on InsertCoin 8.0.5 with sense 4.1

Virtuous Ten studio, as for 4.1 it looks like it won't work, let's pray HTC didn't updated the m10 files security again

i use this time android commander. i deleted old htcclockwidget and then copy the new to system/app and cleared it and finally restarted.
didnt work and before i had 43 widgets and after only 39 LoL

It is not necessary to restart your phone, at least i didn't had to restart it.
When you have downloaded the file click on the arrow in the navbar and install it, after that, my phone does a kind of soft reboot and it's working...

Thank you guys i will add the Wallpaper to first Post but in this Theme i also change the secwallpaperchoser so you can choose the wallpaper anytime although you switch to an other meanwhile ...
This Theme is also the most complete around as far as i know because Email is also fully themed not only the app icons ... maybe give some feedback if you installed it and discover all the features

Hi mate, the theme is so great!
I have been on my personal theme which is based on Kalagas theme for quite a long time without thinking of change the theme. But I changed right after finding yours. You've done great work!
Btw, you set background picture as rock which is gray. Meanwhile, the secondary font color is also dark gray so that it might be a little difficult to tell the letters. Just a thought, maybe ICS blue secondary font fits your theme better?
i will think about it ,but had no problems with the readability because the only point where its hard to read is the clock at the statusbar and as i use jkay i just themed the clock in jkay which made it light green which is good to read ( and i think changing the wallpaper is easier then changing the font color ). But thanks for your hint , i will keep that in mind ..

I don't mean the readability of clock at status bar. I'm talking about the global font instead, such as SecSettings, OMEGA Settings and my inverted Gmail etc. They all use the global background in /framework/res/drawable-nodpi...

ah ok i misread it , thought you meant the normal wallpaper not the system one , with my original theme i dont have any problems to see the letters .. i had to admit that i dont know how to change the global font sec color because i never needed to , do u already did that ? if you can guide me a little i will try it out

Sure. I have attached xml file. Just remove the .txt and put it into /framework-res.apk/res/color and it will change the secondary text color to ICS blue.
After the change, it will look like the attached picture.

There is no centered clock in this theme ( for compatibility reasons ) , this can be done with jkay ( or with flashing a additional mod )
