im currently running pacman nightly with gs4 nexus edition camera, the nexus edition camera should flash fine to CM 10.1
just make a backup first,
also there is a patched 4.2.2 camera .zip floating around that I used before the 4.3 camera
flashing the 4.2.2 patched camera .zip will give you 2 camera's and 2 gallery's (the CM 10.1 Camera+gallery & 4.2.2 camera+gallery)
i'm really strangling to find how to save my photos to ex-sd in the photosphere cam...
ideas anybody?

Edit: I've only tried this on JB TW not sure of it will work for AOSP base or ICS.

How did you revert to your previous version? I installed CleanROM from scottsroms(dot)com and it works great. I have everything all where I want it but don't want to go full blown JellyWiz Jelly Bean ROM that has the Note 2 Gallery and Camera app.
Check the App & themes section.

I like CyanogenMod 10.1 a lot more than I like Touchwiz. I don't know why, though. So here is my question. Is there a way to get CM10.1 to recognize The AT&T Galaxy Note 2 as SGH-i317 instead of GT-N7105? I've seen it in videos where someone is using the Galaxy Note 2 with CM10.1 and it is recognized as SGH-i317. I just need a little help, because it bugs a little to see GT-N7105.

Tried that. Still recognized it as GT-N7105.
Why does it matter? But if it does just flash the sons of android rom. It's aosp. And will recognize it as an att phone

Hey I dont know if I am the only one with this problem, but since I updated my Galaxy Nexus with to PA 3.56, I have been having problems with my camera... I downloaded the new gApps as well and did a factory reset on the phone but it is still not working...

i think it only works with android 4.2.x so we will have to wait until one of the US Galaxy s3 get 4.2.1 or 4.2.2

True but someone was able to port the android 4.2 camera from the nexus so I think someone should be able to port the S4 camera.

But thats a diferent story, you are talking about 4.2.2 TW rom, not aosp.
in aosp 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 most of the dependencys are The same, that why camera can work.
In TW, Everything is diferent. So probably it wont run

is there any issues with recording video at all?
Since all the official updates are so so slow. I was hoping if anyone knows of any roms that are for the s3 to turn your s3 into a s4
There are no 4.2.2 touchwiz rom for this phone yet, only some 4.1.2 s4 themed roms such as s4 dream in the development section, that's what I'm currently using and it is a great rom, very smooth.

That is a smooth ROM. The only real issue is that in some areas you have white text on white background. So I am back to my Illusion daily drive. I am, however, trying to correct this text color issue.
