Falcon pro is a Twitter app which is very popular on android.
Today Verges posted an update regarding Falcon Pro and its future. In short, the app is now free and available as a direct download from http://getfalcon.pro. You'll need to side load the app if you decide to download it from the site. You can enable side loading of apps by launching your Settings app and going to Security, then checking the box next to "Unknown sources."
Simply making the app free and releasing it for all to download outside of the Play store doesn't solve the token issue, though. In order to get around the limit, you'll need to find a hidden custom log-in screen.
Start by tapping the falcon on the main page, then tap and shake your way to the custom log-in notification. If you're not patient enough to try and figure it out, or you just want to use the app without jumping through hoops, you can find instructions here.
The workaround is brilliant. By allowing users to create their own Twitter application keys and in the process their own tokens, anyone can log in to Falcon Pro and use the app to its full potential. Visit this page on Twitter's developer portal and create your own application. The app name you use will show on every tweet you send through the app, so make sure you pick something that shows off your personality. Before we go on to the next step, e-mail yourself the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
If you want clear instructions feel free to ask

It works fine.
Make sure you have a callback and that twitter is allowed to login through your client. I read an article on androidpolice.

Falcon Pro is not working at my college connection (hotspot), though it works on my home wi-fi connection. More of a network problem. Anyway to resolve it?
For those who are experiencing 'crash when open' uninstall 'lucky patcher'.

You have to use another SMS app like Go SMS or something.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
+1, definitely in GoSMS, where you add recipients in compose new message you can select entire groups or all contacts...
You can add a bunch of people to the recipient list just by tapping it

GroupText it's in the market.
You can type multiple names in the stock msging app. Just tap on the address bar and keep inputing names.
Mind you, it cant email a group but it can mass text.
I filed a "bug" about this:

What bug? Read posts above yours.
After you enter the first recipient, tap in the TO: field enter another one, then keep adding to your hearts content.

That is a pain in the ass though. Read the report I filed to see why it is.
Not only is it a pain in the ass, but there's also a limit to how many people you can add when using that method.
I can't believe Google still hasn't given us a built-in option to see a list of all contacts with tick boxes next to their names for easy selection. My Symbian phones from 2004 could do that.
When I try to favorite a forum and exit the the app then enter it again it doesn't save it.
Its not only that though; When trying to post a photo in a post or topic the app says, "you need to login before you can post photos", when I am logged in.
The app also says to contact an administrator if this error occurs again, which it has over and over, so if there are any admins out there I'd love to report the issue.
Thanks!

Shoot them an email through their market page. I have had many issues with the newest release as well.
-Can't upload photos
-crashing when reading threads
-videos/photos not showing up
-app crashing when viewing a photo-
app crashes when grabbing thread URL in app
I'm guilty of not actually attempting to debug these issues in any way, but none the less they are all there and can be replicated with ease.
I'm having the same issue also

So the update came out and know quite a few people talking about it. If you update Facebook and messenger you now get this option without having to use Facebook home. Anyone get it to work? If you go to settings and notifications there's suppose to be a check box for chat heads but I'm not getting one

When you bring up the person you are chatting with, long press on the conversation and then you will see the option to bring up "pop up chat head"
Forgot to mention chat heads only work on Facebook messenger.

I had to uncheck 'Hide Statusbar' in Apex for it to work correctly.

This does not work for me. I've tried long pressing everywhere. I'm assuming if I don't have the option to turn it on under notification settings that it won't work for me at all.
I'm running 2.4.2 I've restarted the app and phone several times and reinstalled too

Open messenger,, then when the window comes up on the top left hand side should say messages.make sure that your settings allow pop up heads.
You do this by going into settings on the actual messenger app, then click on notifications, , then check "chat heads"
Now go back to messages window and hold down a conversation that you already have going.
On the conversation window that comes up tick the pop up heads option.
There you go hope that helps

I do not have "chat heads" option under notifications where sound, vibe rate, etc. So there for I can't enable it because it is not there to enable.

I have the same problem as everyone else. I read somewhere that it has to do with the actual Facebook account.
Try to sign out of your account and then sign in to a friends account on your phone and test it out.
My long press selection options
Jayv81 you are right. It is related with the account. I key my gf sign into her account on my phone and the chat head option showed up. WTH! as soon as she log out, the option is gone.

I found a modded app that works. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2232307
I tried this one and it works just make sure and un install all current Facebook apps. Also I'm not a fan of the Facebook home and I uninstalled it after testing the linked method. And it still works.
All credit goes to theos0o

This does it. Finally! Thx

Slightly off-topic, but does anyone know how to un-stack the chat heads that pop up? I can see the multiple chat heads for each thread when I drag the circle, but they're all stacked and attached to each other.

I don't think you can unstack them.
Try Logging In To Facebook Application. It Worked For Me
If you're using CyanogenMod or any custom ROM....
Find your device full specifications on google and look for its original PPI pixel density or resolution.
download an app on playstore like 'screen resolution changer' and change it to its original resolution.
Hope it works
Anyone have any luck selecting more than one attachment at a time through the new Gmail update?
Mine only allows one selection at a time. Or maybe I can't figure out how to select more than one. Tap and hold does nothing.

Don't use gmail but as I test I tried to attach more than one item at a time and it didn't allow me to either - looked into settings and all sorts and just seems like it only allows the one at a time I'm afraid - well from what I can see anyways.
But here's an idea why not place your Gmail account into Samsungs Email app then when you have your Gmail account open in the "Email" app open up Multiwindow of gallery or My files and then you can easily drag and drop content quickly and pretty easily.
It's just an idea and probably of no help but thought I'd atleast mention it lol.

For some reason my xda forum app keeps getting uninstalled. I have it in a folder on my home screen, and it's still there but when I click it it opens the play store with the option to install.
Possibly related, my yahoo account keeps getting dropped. I don't get any email and when I open yahoo it makes me login again. And there's tons of email.
Another odd bug I've noticed is the first word swipe typing is usually way off and always a much smaller word the word I wad going for? God I hate not having root
Any info is appreciated
No one else has had any of these problems or knows how to fix them? Bump
Some how it got installed to sd instead of device. I moved it to the device. Hopefully that fixes it
