Was just wondering why .. it's Hella dumb
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda app-developers app

That's TW for you this phone needs 3gb now watch the note 3 have 3gb of ram with this same TW and watch it run better oh Samsung....
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda premium

My galaxy s2 had 2gb of ram(I think) and it had tw . But it had ics... Its frustrating when I'm playing a game or something and I do a couple thing things in this phone and it closes it and I have to start all over for example

Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda premium

Only use 40% on mine. Plenty of ram left something has to be eating yours up.

No. All Galaxy S2s had 1gb of RAM, even the i9300 (int'l S3) had 1gb, the 1st phone to have 2gb of RAM was the carrier versions of the S3 with snapdragon CPU.

Yes, this has been around since Gingerbread came out. Still, should be fun for those that haven't had an Android phone before.
that's old
it came since Android 2.3.3 (every phone)
Haha Even though I did it on my old phone I still grabbed a screen capture of it on the new S2 lol

Built in flashlight?

I got my galaxy s2 a week ago. Last night I was playing around with it to see what else I could I with it. Out of nowhere I stumbled upon a flashlight application. I had not installed one so I did not know where it came from. I quit the application and once I tried to find it again I couldn't. It didn't even show on my recent applications. So is there a built in flashlight in the galaxy s2?
Sent from my SGH-T989 using XDA
Not that I know of. Are you running stock or on a rom?
Stock, I haven't rooted it yet.
Sent from my SGH-T989 using XDA
Not really sure what to tell ya
You buy it new or used? I haven't come across a built in one. Was kinda surprised to as all my phones with a flash have had stock flashlights

Did you have a flashlight app on one of your previous android devices, market does restore all your apps even those from other apps upon putting in google credentials.
I guess someone must have messed with it at the store, or it might be a secret feature, like the well known screen capture

One hand homescreen

This makes it easier to text when *cough driving. Seriously thoughts thats dangerous but this is an easier to use homescreen. I have pretty large hands and I still struggle some.

The idea behind OPs post is ease-of-use with one hand. Why not just use multi-view feature and load all the apps you need?

Just curious to ask, has anyone had any luck getting this to actually run ROMs? And if so your setup and how well it performs?

I use DSdroid, runs pretty well at 60 fps. Some spikes to 40~50 fps sometimes, but for the most part it's ok.
Dsoid?

I'm using DSdroid right now and I'm getting 30 at most FPS.
Dsoid is 2x better, goes twice as fast.
This is what I'm getting on DSdroid, way slower than Dsoid:
