[Q] To port SE ARC photo widget for SG2

I have the SE ARC PhotoWidget.apk but how should I do so as to install it on my SG2??

Finally found the ARC launcher and the photo widget apk usable in my SG2!
1. Need to install the home launcher first before installing the photo widget apk.
2. The photo widget is only usable with the ARC launcher.
3. Performance not good as supposed to be.
I can send the files to you if you want them.

Pls send me the files which was usable in GS2,

ICS style folders, custom launcher?

I really love the ICS style folders where you can see what's in them while they're closed.
Is there any way of getting this functionality in a custom launcher?
And while you're at it, what custom launcher would people recommend I've had a look at ADW, but the lag (even though it was slight) frustrated me to no end.
I love how the default launcher is so smooth, but I really want to get rid of the google search bar (without using the method that disables google search).

There's a version of the SE Xperia launcher that works on non-SE devices and has the same folders as ICS. I just don't have a link right now, sorry. Maybe search for Xperia launcher 2.3.4. There's also an older version of that launcher with different folder where you can't see whats inside, so be careful to pick the right one.

[Q] Lockscreen

Is there any way to change the quickstart apps on lockscreen, for example remove camera and add browser or something like that?
I also saw a video frim Xperia Z where the launcher supported landscape format. Doesn't work on my ZL. Did the Z get a different launcher than ZL?

Hi,
I'm using the original touchwiz lockscreen with the lightflare effect, but for my launcher I'm using nova launcher. For nova I can easily use a theme to change the look, but I also want to use the shortcuts on the lockscreen. These however only use the stock icons, and I would like these to match my launcher theme.
Is there ny way to use custom icons for these shourtcuts?

You would have to be rooted and then change the look of the actual system icon.

My phone is rooted, but I have no idea where to find the icons touch wiz is using to create the shortcuts. Perhaps someone knows the folder I have to check?

Using HTC themes with nova launcher?

Hello everyone,
Can we use HTC themes with nova launcher? I mean if i m using nova launcher on my htc one m8, can i change apps icons through htc themes? Because I have successfully changed my apps icons using sense launcher, but can i do the same in nova also?
And one more related question is, if we start using nova launcher, will htc themes app then become useless (if we cant use it with nova)?

You have to make the changes to Sense Themse with the Sense launcher (Sense Homt) active. When you have choosen at theme and acent colors, you can install/activate another launcher.
When you istall another launcher Sense Home gets inactive and you can't choose any Sense thems or make changes to them.

That means we can only use colors in nova launcher , what we have already chosen using sense theme? Cant we use the icons also in nova launcher, which we have already applied in sense launcher? I mean while using sense launcher, if i apply some icon set, they will be applied, but if i then change to nova launcher, can those changed icons stay there?
