Hello I need help changing my boot I have the hyper drive rls 13 rom and when it boots the Samsung logo comes on then this hyperdvie logo comes on I wanna change that to the galaxy s3 logo just wanna change it I know it's a quick change but I don't know how to change it I would really appreciate if someone could help me

I HAVE been trying to change my bootanimation on my note 3.I have been using romtool box pro boot animations app but no luck.I flashed a boot animation but only the sound stuck still shows the stock animation with the new sound.I have tried many differrent meths like going to where the folder for boot animations is theres stuff in there also about battery.Anyways i tried to put the boot animation of my liking in there and putting .bak on the on the other boot anymations that are in there but that did not work either.Man i thought the purpose of the rom tool box pro was for making things easier for the user.BUT YEAH I NEED HELP THIS GOT ME REALLY BUM OUT TRIED DIFFERENT METHODS THAT HAVE READ ON THE SITES.SO CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.I dont normaly like to ask for help untly i have trie doing it myself'.

I tried to install a new OS and it works. Suddenly, my phone reboot a automatically, and then it stuck on the Samsung LOGO.
What's worse, i can't get into recovery mode (I made a screen shot here when i getting into and it has been attached below) so that i can't do anything else.

Good luck....i know that feeling when you brick your phone. Makes you want to build a time machine and go back 30 minutes before you screwed up.
u can go to download mode right ? just flash back stock firmware..

I have had a few problems over the past few days, all is good now after lots of reading and help from the forums members. the question i have is this:
I have a Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and decided to change the Rom, but lost the boot animation (its now recovered) but the only kernel is this one RocketTab2.1_MOD_T210R_MK1_Kernel to get it back. If i want to set this back to original state i loose the boot animation and have to flash RocketTab2.1_MOD_T210R_MK1_Kernel.
Even if i restore with TWRP or CWM
Any Ideas

Hello. I have been using Note 2 GT N7100 for over 3 years now. Have rooted the phone and was running a Crdroid custom ROM on it. It did not give me any problem. Nor did I update the ROM since it was running good.
Suddenly yesterday it got stuck on the Samsung logo. Tried restarting it, but it didn't move ahead of the logo.
Today, it shows a grey and white screen. Fully blurred and can't see the Samsung logo too.
Tried going into the recovery mode, but same grey screen appears.
If I take it in download mode, it goes there. But when I try to install any stock ROM, it doesn't work. It shows failed in Odin.
Please help what can be the possible problem?
If any more information is needed, I will provide it.
Any ROM to install or custom recovery?
Please guide what to do?
Also, I am sorry if there is already some post like this. Please let me know

Is there a link for the Recovery Package/ROM ? (the one above doens't work)
My phone is stuck on the boot logo and I need to fix it... (I'm a bit noobish..)
I've had already downloaded those files but i'm not sure that there are the correct files to use in the step 4 of this tutorial (Recovery Package/ROM).

Hello There! this is my first post so I hope this is the right thread to post this: My cellphone is a Galaxy S4 Mini (serrano3gxx). Recently I had to change the display because i broke the original one. After this, I was unable to boot twrp (I had no problem with clockwork tho), I even had to go back to stock firmware because my phone wouldn't boot with lineageOS.
It seems like having an alternate display makes the phone unable to boot any kind of custom OS/TWRP; It just reboots after trying to boot.
I really need help because stock firmware sucks big time and I love to test new OS.
So if anyone have any clue about this or some troubleshooting, I will be more than grateful.
