help flashing

Hello all,
I've done some searching around and am getting a little bewildered with what seems like contradictory advice/instructions so can someone please give me a shove in the right direction.......
I have a orange UK kaiser and want to flash it with the full featured rom which will allow the use of touch flo as it was designed. I dont know why orange crippled the device in the first place but hey ho.
I've noticed some ROM's floating about that also add messenger as well as other apps, this is all good but I have no idea on the process of flashing the device, and with some of the posts I've seen on here about radio's not working etc after flashing I thought I better just check with someone who does know.
So i just need maybe a link to a definitive thread/post on flashing this particular phone along with the tools needed.
Here's the details I get when booting the phone up.
R: 1.27.14.32
G: 22.45.88.07h
D: 1.81.00.00

Are there any mods that can:
Center Clock - Hide Battery - Hide Signal icon ?
Is it difficult to find the setting for these or create a custom .xml?
Are there other ways of Centering clock and hiding the battery ?

anyway ... you can do this by flashing a Rom that contains the tweak application..

I have searched the forums and couldn't find anything apart from the

so I thought i'd ask here since I couldn't find the Leedroid tweaks either.
I know you can flash a rom that has these tweaks - I'm looking for the rom that has these.

cm10 note - get ringer working !

Hi everyone
I recently updated my 4.0.3 galaxy note to cm10 (nightly)
I experienced today a phone without any ringer that works .. is it because of my titanium backup systems settings recovery ?
Is there any way to make them work ?
( I can see ringers in the list, but they never play any tone .. )

I don't even know how this works. I just want to root my Xperia Mini pro Sk17 using my Windows 8 machine. I have tried all methods, most recently this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601038, however, there's no 562 kernel for my phone and I can't contact anyone. Can anyone help me?

How it works:
- Understand what rooting is a bit, and why you want to do it in the first place
- Find a root method which is compatible with your device. The link you gave appears to be for an Xperia Arc...
- Google 99% finds the right way first time. If not then search in the correct forum before posting another question. Currently you've posted in the HTC Desire section...we can't really help you here.

This is a wrong section. Try to search/open thread in the Xperia Mini pro section.

how to return to stock?

Hello!
I'd like to revert the phone 100% to stock state (now I have a modified rom, kernel, but event don't remember where it was taken from) in order to prepare to install CM11.
PC Companion says that it will not help as I have modified software. I cannot even find links to download 4.1.B.0.587.
Could anyone help please? I'm very sorry if I duplicate threat but I really cant find any topic with working links.
