Is there a changelog available somewhere?
Btw, I too noticed one small issue with smartass2. Maybe it's the same as the one you found?
When playing music, I noticed a fair amount of skipping when the screen switches off. I initially thought it was the player, the dsp manager, etc. Finally, I came to the conclusion that the governor was the issue. Using CPUSpy, I found smartass2 scaled the cpu to 320MHz when playing music with the screen off. When I changed the minimum CPU speed to 400MHz, the skipping went away.
Was this the issue that you noticed or is this isolated to my phone?
Edit: Will try out your kernel and see if that issue persists. And test the kernel
Flashed the kernel. Doesn't seem to fix this particular issue. If you could somehow implement a fix for this particular issue, it woulde be great!
Will continue testing and let you know how it goes.
Just reporting, one thing I noticed is that 3 of my apps were broken after flashing the new kernel but reinstalling them brought them back to the original state.
new test kernel will be up soon i updated the cpu govenors and add a few more for users to test to see what should stay and what should be removed
quick q: will nightlys be available through rom manager update?
Accelerometer
Hi! Im testing your kernel right now, will post results later.
I have a slightly offtopic question but it's a kernel question.
I have myself a T-mobile Wildfire S wich uses a different hardware form the European Version, the only problem with it is that the accelrometer doesn't work with custom Roms (I've red Alquez said it's a kernel problem).
I wanted to ask you for any tips to star fixing it, I have programming and linux experience but I wouldn't know where to start. Any ideas?
Thanks again, keep up the good work!
does this works with any ROM or only with cm7 rom?

Hi,
I found htc one v (miui) was update to be 3.7.19 from official link.
http://www.miui.com/download-57.html
Can I flash this to primo u ? it's a new updated version. Will it's same as Rulling or sk8erboy one ?
I guess that from sk8erboy. May be a thread just not updated. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2098740
It is the sk8erboy one. Sk8erboy is the maintainer for HTC One V Miui China. So yes it would be safe to flash. Just remember to use the CM10 Hellboy kernel.

Yep :/.
Sk8's MIUI v5 is the most smooth, I also find his HTC Sense based MIUI V4 smooth as well. Paarthdesai's MIUIv4 CyanogenMod 10 based it pretty smooth as well. But most MIUI ROMs are slow on the One V since it's only a mid-range device :/

cons:
Still little heating was there
2 g data speed is very poor
battery drains fast when using data connection..

Dude your ROM is cool...I was using stock v45 and it surely had performance issues(laggy games e.g. injustice) but now with your version of v45 phone is running like charm..
Also after installing all apps and stuff and use it is giving 20K+ antutu score which was sub 20k in stock..
Eveything's fine but also I'll recommend u to add some other must have apps(was happy to see no frill app)...
keep the good work going _/\_
is this rom really support init.d? because when i test it with universal init.d app, it's says that i don't have init.d feature

built-in sip client
hi,
I've spotted a bug. Let say you have sip account already configured, with this guide eg.
link
and you have "only for internet calls" option in "use internet calling" picked.
Now you're trying to make sample call by going to contact card and long press on contact's no. then "Dial IP call". Some windows appears with no option for a second and phone switches to normal dialing when it should make sip call.
Thanks,

change to a latest 4.4.x rom.... n use latest kernel....
I just upgraded to DN4, which has a Kernel version of 3.0.101-India-v.4.2.5-OC-INTL-KitKat [email protected] #1, from August 16th 2014.
I'd like to try out 4.3 but have the option to flash back later if I find that 4.2.5 was better. However, I don't see it in the Downloads list here, so where can I get it?

Thanks!
Is there any way I can get it without installing all the adware junk?
