HI Team,
Recently I have rooted my Note 2, It was good . But after that I installed SLIM ROM 4.2.2 version on my phone where i started facing problems...
first of all, I didnt recieved any incoming calls...
later after i unrooted the phone.
Went to service center installed latest version of 4.12 official. But no use . I am unable to get signal on phone...
The thing is can search networks but unable to register on the network. Can you guys help me with this regard...???
Has your IMEI been lost?
What does *#06# show you, does it match the IMEI on the back of the phone (please, don't post your IMEI here)

i bought new sgh note 2 n 7100...on booting O2 carrier image pop ups...my note worked like a charm through out...i also updated it to official firmware upgrades rolled out by google n did master reset couple of times but there was no problem with its working....then suddenly one day its imei changed to 00499901064000....i didnt install any app or tried to root it....now it doesnt recognise network of my sim n only emergency call facility is available....kindly help me out....n i m using it in pakistan where O2 carrier isnt present

I have been using custom roms on my note 2 but when I flashed the stock rom android 4.3 I have been getting not registered on network while trying to make a call. My imei number is also not lost and is intact. Any help would be appreciated!!

As i mentioned in my last post, i tried everything to recover my IMEI but in vain.
I can't return my phone to the customer service center because i flashed the KNOX bootloader and the warranty is void.
But my phone can make/receive calls, send/receive SMS and 3g network works fine.
So do you guys think it's necessary to fix the IMEI problem?
P.S.
Flashed to stock rom, nothing happened.
Update firmware using Kies, "Your devices current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via Kies"
Edit IMEI through EFS Pro,lost connection warning appears as i press connect key.
Edit IMEI through PQST, No phone warning.
...and many other methods...
Very frustrated and tired.

I've read through multiple threads on this site and many others to try to find a solution to my problem. I have a n900t stock rom, carrier unlocked that i have been using with straight talk/AT&T service since december of 2013. Well as of a month ago I updated my apps as i always did per the phones notifications and my signal started to just disappear. It has gotten to the point that the signal has permanently gone as i would get the message everytime i go to place a call "Not registered on Network". So i was told by the local phone repair techs to update my phone to the lastest firmwire, which took me from 4.3 to 5.0 and still no signal at all. It's not my sim card as i have a backup at&t phone which i currently have the sim card in now getting a strong signal but my note 3 is without a signal with the peace symbol in its place. My baseband is NB4 and my Imei is still there as i don't have a null imei and if it helps when I dial *#0011# it yields:
No Service
NETWORK: UNBLOCK
IMEI Certi: PASS
Can you please help me and tell me what's going on and how i can get my phone to function again?!?!? thank you in advance!!

but can't check for update always tell me registration failed
So i flash with odin but unfortunately network didn't work after flashing
So i flashed another rom network appears but cant make calls or internet
Now my phone works good but no network
Don't know what to do
All what i have now imei 1 imei 2 sn
I don't also remember the original rom come with phone
I flashed the phone without check my old version
Very sad of all this
And dont know what to do

May be this can help:
I had the same problem abroad. Check settings with your provider are right.
I couldn't find wifi, because my settings using phone abroad where out.
