Nah I got 3gb left and 15 days to go u think ill be ok, just heads up incoming calls and hang up is not working

You do know that aokp gets released on root first because of some thing roman has with root he always releases a update or two later here.. he wants to keep aokp root exclusive or something I read on his twitter when he first started aokp back on the nexus

CNA Rom

Not sure if many people were aware or not but Codename put out a ROM for our Sprint version. It's up on GOO and also if you just google Codename Android, his site will come up. Not sure why he didn't open a thread on here.
I ran his Roms on the Nexus and it was awesome, lots of customizations. It's more like AOKP as far as options as opposed to CM.
Edit: DO NOT FLASH YET, ISSUES BEING WORKED OUT.

Hmmm; I looked but don't see a Galaxy S3 version.
Its not listed on the web site either. Might you have the wrong forum??

looks like it was just released less than an hour ago which would explain why there is no thread yet.. happy to see more ROM!!!!

Ran his roms on my nexus. Usually buggy but awesome ROM non the less.

Flashed ktoonsez kernel and it worked and gapps , only thing not working is 3g so far that I can tell.
never mind messed with the data settings and did a reboot and 3g is now working

i flashed todays nightly and everything so far works for me.
CNA was my favorite rom on the et4g
im glad to see it on the gs3

Weird we all noticed this Rom without being told bout it, Andriod minds think alike I guess lol

We find our own way... we aren't sheep who have to be told when our updates are coming via a major conference. *looks at sheeple*

PGM2 for SGS3 (POLL)

Hey everyone
so i have been in contact with the dev of PGM2.. he makes a kernel mod that allows you to swipe to turn off/on screen etc instead of using buttons

i essentially was talking to him to see if he would be willing to make us an app for our sgs3 devices... as i personally hate using buttons for fear of them breaking or wearing out on me... so i wanted to do this poll to see who would be interested in this kind of thing...
the dev needs to gauge interest to see if people would even want it to make it work his time...
please people, make sure to vote and voice your opinions as i would LOVE to have this ported over from the nexus

I believe ktoonsez's kernel has this feature in the ktweaker settings if you want it that bad. A bit if a battery drain though

ya i know, but honestly its not as developed as the pgm2 one is... and to be honest, the KT one barely works... had KT installed and it never worked for me.. ive now moved to leankernel

Yea. I didn't figure it out too. Then I finally found out that you swipe across the screen to make it work. And I don't see YOU developing something to fix this, give thanks for what you have.

I dont have to develope anything. There is someone that is willing to port an already existing app to our devices. Don't have to be rude. I'm saying that the one in the kernel currently isn't developed to its full potential... a little competition didn't hurt anyone...

Personally, I like swiping the screen to take a screenshot, rather than locking the phone. Though perhaps this swipe could be from the bottom to top.. that would be quite interesting.

Screencast app won't start.

Anyone else on here use screen cast and got it to run? It used to work on my note 2 which is why I bought it and then nothing anymore. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and nothing. Also on cm10.1 it used to work but would be inverted. Still that was better than nothing now it just won't start. And worst seems the developer has stop supporting it not too sure on that though. It used to work on my phone though I think its a kernel thing but not too sure if anyone has it working please tell me how or what your set up is. It wouldn't run when I was using synergy or cm10.1 or paranoid android any help is really appreciated .

I've done that and still get mixed results it runs but won't save now and sometimes it runs and records colors inverted well just certain ones this is on cm10.1 I'll try it in a touchwiz ROM. Thanks for the help tho

Gmail question

Anyone else have an issue where someone sends u an image through gmail. U click it to view. And the image comes up but not the entire image. And u get that blue line underneath the image like it's preparing to view the image but never starts. U just get that Blue line under it with the tiny Grey bar in it going back and forth like it's getting ready to view but like I said never actually starts up. If I go into apps and clear the data it works but this is something I have to do with gmail at least once a week. Tried just clearing cache without the data and no go until I clear data. I really don't mind doing it just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Been happening since I got my note. Currently running the latest jedi with the latest kernel. Happens on every rom though. Did a full flash back to stock less than a week ago as well. Just a little on the annoying side. But if I have to do it. I gotta do it.

I had this issue just last week. It happened after changing ROMs. I did the same as you, cleared data, and then it was fine. I haven't had this as a recurring problem, so I'm not sure about that...

i've had this issue ever since about 2 Gmail updates or so ago. i've used stock, the team blackout versions, etc.. all the same for me, but i'll try clearing data in the app..

Hmmmm, that's weird there!! Well I did perform a INTERNAL STORAGE wipe when moving to SKY NOTE. Trying to get that Damn wallet to work. But I got it set up tho. On the sky note thread!
So not sure if that's it or not!!! Don't what that can b. Yeah I had 2 change Rom's cuz a lot of my stuff wasn't working. Wouldn't update..
