Xperia ZL 6503 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update

Xperia ZL Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update (10.3.A.0.423)
Sony Mobile has released the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for Xperia ZL (C650X) users. The screenshot below shows that new firmware build 10.3.A.0.423 is available for the European LTE version of the handset (C6503).

Updating here with MEA.

I've downloaded the C6503 .ftf,tried flashing with Flashtool 9.10b6 [with data not wiped],didn't work. Seems stuck at the "Please connect your device into flashmode" [the device is connected in flashmode]. After a while the phone will boot back into OS with everything intact.

I managed to flash the update by updating Flashtool to version 0.9.11 and excluding the TA partitons when flashing.

I wasn't able to flash the .ftf before so I compared the MEA .423 ftf with the MEA .253 ftf I used earlier and I saw that on the .253 ftf the simlock.ta and after1.ta wasn't present. I tried excluding the .ta partitions and it flashed fine. I don't know why it worked but it worked lol.

Ta partition of ftf is not necessary. Even if you include it it will be skipped.

i just saw new firmware on PC Companion, have anyone upgrade to this Firmware 10.3.1.A.0.244 ?
Changelog :-
1. Album app taking a bit time to load pics ( even from UHS Class 10 card ).
2. 3G Signal strength improved.
3. Touch response is improved a lot
4. Battery dropped by 2% During test and a lot heated during test.
5. Sleep and Wake is a bit faster now.
6. Camera Image quality in dark improved.
7. Changes in car mode app.
8. No screen flickering now.
9. No unusual battery reading bug till now. Booted twice in between 30-20% battery and having no issues.

As I said, this FW is for the device D5503(Commercial&Journalists). It is very close to the retail version.
It could not be flashed to Z1 i think.

Yesterday probably. It isn't really out yet but you can pre-order. I guess this firmware was leaked or OP got a hold of the phone early

then SIN editor, select SIN file, dump raw data
you will get system.ext4
that u can use for "look around"

yep..ubl, deodexed, superuser mod...all in one.
i try both flash zip via cwm and replacing via rootex but ended in bootloop.

I'll be simple:
The difference between C1905 and C1904 are 3G frequencies (which is not important for flashing the same ROM), so please don't let the C1904 tag confuse you.
They are physically the same phones.

It is more than likely a carrier branding. We, as standard users cannot repackage files into a .sin format. It requires keys what we cannot obtain without working for/with Sony. So it only makes sense to be some form of carrier update.

I searched for weeks 4.3stock Rom xperia m 1905
I flashed cm12.1 yesterday and i dont like it.a lot oft bugs, long boottime,no downloads from playstore and no OC.Please help US
