it took me a while
about 5 days of 8 hours a day

just giving this a try for a while - seems quite nice
just a query, if i was to not like the default font, how would i change it back to something a little more usual...
in any case thanks for contributing...

Yes, another guy also reported this. Try going pristine mode. The other guy says it also happens when he installs the original Rom. Try the pristine way then give me feedback

Finished making version 2.1 this post is sent from it added the full wonder tweaks from general section(can't give you a link right now because it is harder from phone) added a wifi tether app(found it in kitchen) i didn't test it as i have no data plan and it is not added as a system app so it can be easily removed . For anyone who thinks that the animations are too much there is a toggle in "settings==>display" to change how many animations you want to show. I will change the normal flashing mode to add more details sometimes first boot takes longer than normal ones so wait before reporting(max is a min)
Long post eh? Didn't have time to change it into point form
I have some network problems right now(my internet is super sloow right now) i will post when it becomes better

if not applying V6 is v6 supercharger scripts automatically run at boot?? because some people say that all script in init.d will run automatically at boot..

[script] Xtive JetLauncherv4(beta) Pseudo-ProjectButter(optional Seeder)

I'm still quite frustrated coming up with a decent name, if you have any nice suggestions do PM me.
I was experimenting some short cuts to battery saving so I reconfigured my build.prop
I put at least 3 nights into this thing not including time used to experiment around!!!
So If It really does help, please click Thanks

Majorly speaking, I am still an inexperienced script kiddie.
But I do like to experiment on my phone a lot.
I'll go straight to the point now.
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any phone bricking, and by applying this script requires root access which means that your warranty is already voided.
The purpose of this build.prop update is that it saves battery yet increase responsiveness when used such as screen scrolling and stuff.
All the values and lines is not original, someone used them, I just modified so that I think it fits our device the most.
I checked and it seemed that all the remaining stuff in it is compatible with ICS.
I enabled most of the hardware rendering so that when its running it will sort of run turbo or something, at least at the launcher it did.
Again I must inform I am still inexperienced but all the things I experimented on worked on my device.
Requirements:
Device: Samsung Galaxy W or any Qualcomm Devices
Recovery: CWM 5/6
ROM: Rooted Android based OS
Kernel: Doesn't matter
Works well with: Seeder(works well with anything anyhow )
Installation step-by-step:
Download the Latest .zip below this post
Then Save the file into your sdcard
BACK UP FIRST
1. Boot into CWM
2. Apply XtiveJetLauncher.zip
3. Wipe Dalvik cache
4. Reboot!
5. Watch phone Fire Up
X. Only use the QC 2.2 if your phone stucks at bootanimation.
We now have flashable version for ALL
These are lines which are already inside your build.prop by default(refered to arco's cm9) but replace values with these new ones.
Code:
dalvik.vm.heapsize=48m
dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=v=n,o=a,u=y
Enjoy.
Please give me lots of feed back so that I can improve.
Changelogs:
V1.0 - V2.0: Alpha stage unreleased.
V2.1: Initial Release
V2.2: Added Network Codes
V2.3: Added Replaceable Codes
V3.0: Categorized Codes
V3.1: Codes added
Renamed Xtive JetLauncher
Xtive JetLauncherV2: More awesome codes
V3 is out! Now with optional seeder. Fixing the codes that might stop data connection
Credits:
Hadidjapri - Reminding me to pick out placebo lines, as well as making things flashable
Arco - For providing an already refined build.prop
Samsung - For reminding that you abandoned us so that I have to make something better outta myself
Reality - If I cant afford a better phone, make the one I have faster.

nah, but just repeating those lines will do nothing. Go to your build.prob and remove them, then flash if you really want to.
Just to be more specific (if i am not already) they are the same exact line, with no values changed. But a version that adds them without effort (because copy and paste is an effort lol)

I'm not too sure I follow, your question is?
If you're saying the differences between V2.1 and V2.2 its only those replaceable lines.
If you're saying about the zip files, I didn't upload then, 7amada100 made them(thanks), but something inside did not work that's all.
I'll try to make a flashable zip shortly. For now please continue using the manual method.

Awesome! Will give it a try tonight and get back to you on how it feels with all these additions!
Would love to try it, but unfortunately my sim is in my main device. And without data/wifi, android isn't really usable. Will try as soon as I switch/wifi is fixed.
Thanks for the hard work!
P.S: (Is the "Helly" in the title intentional or it's a typo?) nvm, apparently it's intentional.
Lets try this new baby
Edit 1: No Nand-ext4 way.

Hi ZeJsters.
First, thank you for the new ROM.
I installed your ROM. Is smoothly and fast but is the problem with the bluetooth.
Bluetooth connection does not work. HD2 not detect any devices and other devices does not see HD2 (selected visibility on both sides). CronMod script installed and running DataOnExt without any problems.
Hopefully someone will get it a try.
Just a suggestion.i came to a conclusion these days that we must stick to some specific roms having uniques features and try to improve and fix them rather than providing a new rom every 5-10 days.As i guess majority of the people prefer stability over a rom with a new name

Well we can rule out the ones having common features.
I guess pac suffices the need for anything else
And then maybe we can keep a stable cm(MIUI is too much for this old chap)
I'll see what to do after my exams end

just got around to flashing this and have to say its the only rom with aroma that actually boots for me without haveing to fastboot flash the bootimg
so far its not bad runs smooth and fast
just missing a couple things like when acessing the reboot menu and choosing reboot the only option is reboot theres no boot into recovery or into bootloader
and the navbar is only able to change colors..not able to make it transparent like
on your bakedbean
another great rom from you
Thanks

About reboot options/menu
That's a new cm10.1 feature, as somebody told me, is a safety feature to prevent people to reboot your device to recovery and factory reset it either by mistake or intentionally. It can be changed though, lol. Look for it in the options, don't know where, haven't installed this ROM.

The same opinion with you.
Now I'm sticking with Unofflicial BakedBean HD2 V1.0[DataOnExt|NativeSD][720p] after long time with GB because stable, fast, smooth, good responding.
Hope all of you (Zejsters & Anurag pandey) can work together to make a best of the best HD2 ROM. :good:
Thanks all man for your hard work & best ROMs for HD2. Thank you very much.

Yes, people do prefer using a specific ROM (making it fully function functional n stable one takes time), but flashing new ROMs every few days is not preferred.
That's what "tytung" used to do, sticking on to a ROM and working on it until its perfect. We Miss him!!
Both of you are amazing devs (Anurag and ZeJsters ) and Pixelfreak too, this thought might change the scenario of what's happening on HD2 Android ROM development now a days!!

For accessing the other options in the reboot menu.you have to tap the build number 3-4 times(the last option in settings>about phone and then the developer's option and performance option will be unlocked
Go to developer options and tick on advanced reboot to have those options in reboot menu
That's a security feature implemented in cm 10.1

Simply I can't start this ROM - I have an endless loop for more than 40 minutes and it won't boot at all...
To be worst, now I can't start previous ROM... Any suggestion?
It's OK, I reinstalled ROM again and everything works fine so far.

January 28: New Version Slim ION Honami Cyanogen Way UB/LB

New version added, only 197 mb in zip. See download section...
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
Here is my tribute to Cyanogenmode team and their great success in creating lightning speed roms.
This rom is based on my Aoba Pure Black, but instead of the original size of 390 mb, this version has only 240 197 mb in zip. This is as close to CM roms (190 mb) as possible. I believe this is the first stock based rom of this size. In addition to removing usual Google/Social/Sony bloat, I took great care to get rid of literally hundreds of unnecessary files in framework and lib directories. As a result, the rom is (in my view, of course) as fast, fluid and ram available, as CM roms, but with the added benefit of good battery life. Your Android OS won't take more than 4-6% of battery life. At the same time, the rom has all the usual and latest Xperia Z1 features: honami framework/icons/animation.
The idea was to improve on something that is hard rock stable, as opposed to doing Kitkat, which is ages away from stability on the part of Google and the development community without negating the latter's great work.
DESCRIPTION:
1. Fully deodexed, rooted, busyboxed, debloated (3rd party GAPPS still work), black themed version.
2. Based on JB 4.1.2/.96 version ported by me
3. Honami Framework with fully black UI including Phone, Contacts, Calendar, Clock, Calculator, Home (7 icons), Quick Settings, Volume Panel et al
4. CPU Control, Led Control, SMS Counter and OEM Dock in Settings
5. Apollo player and CM file manager
6. AOSP lock screen with new vertical animation
7. Nexus Camera with all resolutions (no stock camera)
8. Only 240 197 mb in size (zipped)
9. On first start about 375-385 mb of ram available
10. Regular boot is under 30 seconds
11. Blue themed dynamic boot animation
12. Ready to go APN settings for many countries
CREDITS: Niabok and JJwrongJJ for Honami Framework, Hitfan for 7 icon Home, Avik6123 for latest Z1 apps, CM team for Apollo, CM File manager and APN settings. PM me if I forgot you.
INSTALL INSTRUCTION
1. Have 211 JB stock kernel, Roger Baseband (if your have LT28i or AT&T versions) and CWM
2. Enter recovery, go to Mounts and Storage, mount System/Cache/Data and format each. Remember, factory reset is not enough!
3. Install the rom, reboot and let it settle
4. Go to Settings/Display/Quick Settings and choose Quick Settings for black, as opposed to SystemUI for white
5. Enable Wifi/Data, then go to Settings/Wifi/Advanced and tick stay on when screen is off, if you use VOIP services
6. Install CWM and you are all set
7. Enjoy the rom and hit Thank you/Donate or both
P.S. Rom and GAPPS are in Download Section

Stamina causes more problems than benefits. That's why I removed it.

Small Apps: try the attached. Unzip (don't flash) and manually transfer to system/apps with correct permissions. There is no guarantee they will work, as I might have removed support for them. If they don't work, just delete them...
