I found that the 4.2 camera is not so good for took a shot, could the ICS camera can be use in the 4.2.2 ROM?
I place the cameraICS.apk into VJ V5.1, after flash, I find the camera doesn't work!
can anyone tell me why?
Where did you take the cameraics.apk from?
Has anyone tried the android 4.2 camera app Jelly bean 4.2 camera with working photosphere?
I tried it on ICS and it worked but the photosphere did not work (you need a gyroscope in the phone).
I also tried it on gingerbread: it installed but whenever I open it I get force closes.
Has anyone got a fix for it?

Same issue here D855. In Fulmics and stock works perfect, but i can't access rear camera running any AOSP based ROM.
Any suggestions?
Can anyone help us please?
Hmm are you using the stock built in camera app on CyanogenMod? If you flash open Gapps it replaces it with Google camera... That might be the issue... If it won't work on the stock rom camera then I got no idea
