Guys long story short. I ported a ROM from the Xperia Neo V to our device. I almost solved all the issues but I still have the wifi issue. WiFi does not enable. I need some help please!
i also has the same prob ...my all ported roms has wifi not turning on issue.....

I've tried flashing a couple of 4.2.2 roms (i.e PAcman and jellybeer), and I'm facing the same wifi issue, in addition to this, my settings keep force closing when wifi is selected. :/
However, everything works fine on JB 4.2.1 and below Roms.
Any suggestions??

Hi, I recently installed Racing Bean 2.0.1 with Fusion 4.0 kernel and flashed the Modules.zip I found in the Fusion 4.0.zip on my ARC S
The wifi isn't working, than i tried many times to wipe everything and flash again, with no benefits, the wifi still doesn't work
Same thing after flashing Fusion 4.3 and relative modules!
I used the search but I didn't find anything about this specific problem so I hope someone can help me :good:

Well,I didnt have this issue and it shouldn't normally happen,but u can try leaving your wifi on and flashing the modules again(after flashing your rom that is).READ mechmetal's thread on wifi not working(the second post)..i can't help you if this doesnt work

i have been using xperia s(unlocked bootloader) for quite a time and am not impressed by the battery life on the stock roms.
I have tried all cm versions(9.1,10,10.1) and also many other roms with cm base.
My main problem is the network and data connectivity bug on cyanogenmod.
On turning data on, i have to switch airplane mode on and off and then only data will start.
Also, on reboot network fails to load and again i have to reboot.
Fxp have also accepted this bug.
Is there any solution for this problem?????its very much getting on my nerves now.

Don't use cm base roms if the bugs bug YOU.. Go for stock based ones like xzx v2

SOLVED!!! solution: remove APN, return it, and restart the phone now! for which you have this problem, do the procedure and solved (this works on any AOSP rom cm etc) !
Has anybody experienced wifi issue when on HYD52rom_omni_v3 ROMs ?
I m on HYD52rom_omni_v3 and i can t connect to our open wifi at work. I however don t have this issue when using crypted wifi at home.
I did have this problem before when on older HYD52 ROMs.

but when I've updated to pure slim kikat 4.4 wifi didnt work even in flight mode
I've tried two custom roms of kit kat and the same
Ive tried wifix and failed

The Honami Style V4 Stock based ROM has some wifi fix options. You can either try that ROM or ask the developer to help You.
