Hey guys found this link with a list of ROM links to download, one of them is paranoid android 3.6 pa_e975-3.60, the links appear to be legit, a friend handed it to me and he says he's running the ROM with no issues, I've been kind of scared of flashing so wanted to post it here so maybe an experienced person can tell if it is legit or not...

EDIT: I flashed the rom and it works flawlessly, I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS THE DEV, BUT THE ROM IS AWESOME AND WORKS GREAT!
EDIT2:
1)All the E975 Dvices are confirmed to be working with no issues or bugs, wifi and lte working as they should.
2) In the E977 everything works but some people experienced problems with the signal, meaning No mobile data, it was fixed by setting up the APNs manually, read the posts for further information on how to do that.
3) In the E976 everything is working as it should too.
Ok..i did something stupid. I downloaded and flashed the latest rom from that site. I flashed over my avatar rom and wiped my cache. Everything was retained except for the keyboard. Korean kb was initially installed. So far so good..i now have a working paranoid android 3.6 with fc on theme chooser and pie settings as well as on the hybrid settings. Good rom except for those fcs.
Stable enough for everyday use.

You have only wiped cache?
Normally when we change ROM you need to do full wipe (data, cache and dalvik). I think you should do ROM backup and re.install with 3 wipes to work properly.
What I do normally is:
- Application backup (titanium, Helium,etc..)
- Call logs and sms backup
- CWM backup
i thought that i wouldn't need to.

And don't forget to do a full wipe in recovery, if you are running a different rom! That mean's:
Do a nandroid/backup.
Factory reset.
Wipe cache, dalvik cache
Wipe system and data.
After you have flashed your new rom, don't forget to flash gapp's.
When done, do yet another factory reset. Wipe cache and dalvik cache.
Reboot and done.
Happy flashing!

Maybe he can open a New thread with all features, whats working and not.
I'am right that PA is a port on cm base, i mean that its not build from scratch.
I just flashed it and it works flawlessly, I have no idea who is the Dev but man this is sweet! And its not cm based is pure Paranoid android built from aosp, I'm sure is a port from the nexus 4 one

The only bug I have right now is that my model is the E977, FLASHING E975 roms works great except for the radios, im not getting any 3g signal but thats because the baseband is different, i trying to find the E977 radios to flash them but no luck, if u know where to find the lemme know, but if your variant is the E975 then LTE and everything should work, other than that it is abosolutely daily driver material, no fc or reboots or lag anythhing like that, just cool...

PA Works like a charm on my European VERSION E975.
Full Wipe recomended and everything is OK
install this rom on my E977, everything works perfect, the radio signal is correct, I can navigate using HSPA + / 3G/EDGE, just manually create the apn and now work without any inconvenience.
just install the latest version 06/21, so far I have had no network problems, have received and made calls as well as I browsed the internet without signal loss problems.

How did u create the apn in order for it to work?
I have listed the app in a notepad for cases like this.
mobiles networks, apn, you can create it by entering the correct data for your operator.
Once you've entered all your data apn, just give to save and you will have your apn created.

I did this and still no internet... but I mean in the mobile networks I have no choice to set the network mode to 3g/hspa, I only get LTE/WDCMA options, do 3g/hspa appear in your options?

You need to write them down... As i see you're spanish, i'll write it in spanish and the translation
Ve a Configuraciones - Más - Redes Moviles - Puntos de accesos, ahí no debería aparecer nada y si lo hace no hay problema, solo le dás a opciones y agregar nueva APN donde escribiras la apn de tu operadora (busca en google) y al terminar guardas y la activas.
There i just pointed the section where he should find the way to add the apn and how to activate it.
@topic: Looking forward to this, just had a problem to unlock bootloader and install recovery so waiting to fix that in order to install.
Have you tried running Antutu to see how much it scores?

Hi everyone
Here´s my first app for our SGS3
This applications let you flash any kind o file by recovery without enter on recovery manually
You can flash any zip and any kernel or modem on tar, tar.md5 boot.img or modem.bin
Also you can do Wipes
On menu options there is Config option, this option let you set the default directory for the applications file browsers
The best i think is that you can create a "Action list" on "Crear Lista de acciones" option
There you can do for example do 3 wipes, then flash a rom next a kernel then gapps and the last one the modem
While selection the action and if you select Flashear archivo you must click on Añadir Lista to add the action to the list action
You can remove an action just clicking on the item o the yellow listview
When finish all the actions that we want you have to click on Guardar Lista and then the Aceptar button
Then the phone reboots automatically on recovery a execute all the commands
I use it for example for miui.
First i do the 3 wipes, then flash the rom, then the OTA, then the kernel, then gapps, then 4way reboot, and last one Stock apps
When it finish whene the phone start everything is flashed and i dont need to enter on recovery for every action individually

Try to unistall reinstall might do the trick otherwise you have to wait for the dev

Oh, i forgot.... you have to install busybox....sorry...on version 1.4.4 i try to control if you have it installed or not.

Im working on nandroid backup & restore right now....
I just bought the app even though I am using a US variant of sgs3. It seems to work however I can set mnt/sdcard/ as default location. When I set it to that and I try and navigate to it nothing happens. But if I navigate to a sub folder in sdcard for instance download it shows everything that is in that folder. It's strange that it won't let me navigate to /sdcard but it will navigate to a sub folder of sdcard. Any ideas? This app has so much potential! You should provide support for us sgs3 I don't think there would be many differences and if you need a tester I would definitely help with that.

after flashing, your device is a LS970, not longer a E975

Installwarning:
after flashing, your intern storage is not the same, you CAN NOT use your old storage, but he will not DELETED!!
so, after restoring a backup of flashing a e975 rom, your old intern storage is there!
and in folder "0" are all files from the intern storage from your MIUI Rom!
(You can move all important files befor flash in folder /sdcard/0 (music, pictures,...))
-> when u come from stock, when u come from 4.2 (cm) its all ok!!

I downloaded it use the miui in this post, it works
Dev make in future a E975 version, you must in ls970 only edit build.prop for a E975 phone model in settings and edit the framework-res.apk for the internal storage (in /xml/storage_list.xml)
I would make a e975 edition in future! But at the moment i have no working pc to decompile the framework-res.apk

Try to update it to latest version and keep all the stock intact with everything.
Just mod it without removing nothing.
I was going to give it a try but when I saw that there was only 5 or 6 languages I gave up.

What recovery did u use? also flashed it with TWRP and i got softbricked, thankfully a have a full nandroid backup, i will flash it using cwm recovery

my device got softbricked again using CWM
.Twrp is what I used.
It seems that cwm also does not work.
The 10b cis worked so there must be something wrong with the other building.
It talks about cwm 6.3.0.0 but the recent one I've encounter is 6.0.4.4

Hi guys!
Thx for all work you do.
I found a little bug, and I guess is normal for somebody who use this version.
The signal GPS do work, the apps like google map, waze and other found your location using the signal of network, but the signal A-GPS even blink on status bar trying to connect.
Recently I've downloaded other ROM original and had the same problem. I guess it's very good anyone look in the others ROM using 4.3 version how they utilize the a-gps signal, cause every ROM using custom cyanogen works normally but every ROM using original version I found here, don`t connect GPS
Otherwise, your ROM its amazing, very fast and stable. no problems. Very amazing drain battery, this is something program cyanogen ROM need to know!!

I'm trying to download (for the n'th time because it fails on 70, 80%...). I have cwm 6.3 so I'll try out and give some feedback.

This is a beta version. In this version the dialer should be fixed and the lag should also be gone because I changed the kernel.

ok understand. the install yesterday and gave me a problem and I did not install it again because when you go to install the phone was shut down and I went back to recovery again did 2 types of recovery have if it was not that and not let me restore nandroid did full wipes omega and installed v20 and it worked perfectly went back to another rom flash pac man which is all well and wanted to re-flash your rom and I returned to the same does not happen to another friend who also happened to be the same

3) Flash Bootloader, inside Aroma only show D802, but this work for 802, 805 and 806, on step 2 select Lollipop, don't reboot and back to recovey
4) Flash ROM, select device model, select whatever you want for the ROM, reboot and done.

I have installed some xposed framework modules like tweaks G3, gravity box lp and the rom is as i want with all option i need. Looks like a charm... Don't want to back on cloudy as soon... I continue testing rom and battery life but i think it's the Best so far of stocks lg custom roms. Just something... LG smartworld isn't in other languages as brzailian, mexican or Portugal. I understand spanish so i can use it but french would be better. And a little problem but it comes with g3's roms, database of manufacturers for Quick remote... Thomson is missing
