[Q] Has anyone made a simple to flash MEA rom for t-moble? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

I was wondering if anyone has made a simple to flash MEA stock style rom for our T-moble S4? I get the idea that you can flash the international version and then a kernal etc. But what about a single step ODEN flashable rom based on the MEA. The reason im in such a rush for it is the audio issue im having with my favorate headphones. I have also yet to find a step by step guide for getting the MEA firmware installed and working. Any ideas, or am i just missing it somewhere?

You are not doing a good job at searching. There are threads about installing 9505 Int & other carrier ROMs in here.
I'll give you a few hints. Do not flash MEA Odin firmware, flash custom ROMs based on MEA. Either find directions in here or at other S4 carriers forums.

Thats where the confusion was for me. That hint put it all together. I did read the thread about flashing other carriers ROMs and just didn't put the two together. I was about to flash the MEA Odin firmware but got hung up on the fact it was not rooted. Now I get it!!!! THanks!!

Cross flash roms?

Zedomax said "i9505, Canadian SGH-i337M, and T-Mobile SGH-M919 are all compatible" and to install these roms on an ATT s4, you have to follow a special method. I have tried i9505 and canadian roms on my t-mobile s4 but I was wondering if ATT roms were able to be flashed onto the t-mobile variant. Zedomax stated that T-mobile roms can be flashed on ATT s4 through a special method but is safe the other way around as well?

Use the one for your phone's carrier, that being the AT&T's. From there, you can flash other modems if you have bad signal.

Hello All,
I am a new user here and would like to find out how to install new ROM on my Samsung galaxy s4 GT-I9505 (T-Mobile-UK).
Firstly my question is -
what rom should I be going for? Google Vanilla or any of the custom ones?
I see a lot of roms here and how to install them but not sure where to start...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2295557
Also could someone confirm if ROM versions will work in UK?

Only flash Samsung 4.2.2 Jellybean based custom roms for best results (especially for new users)
Your post here is in the wrong forum for the Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 phone.
The correct i9505 forum is located at: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2166
and there you will find all kinds of roms which you can flash after your phone is rooted.
Rooting your phone is the first thing you have to do if you want to flash any roms.
Before going to the i9505 rom forum it's best to go to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219803
so you can root your phone. Before flashing any roms your phone needs to be rooted.
You will find everything you need including step by step rooting instructions in the link above.
Good luck!

T-Mobile Galaxy S III LTE (T999L) custom rom

Hello, I am trying to find a custom stable and fast rom for Lte T mobile Lt version of S3. Thanks for any infos.
I mean that I want use LTE. thx
Any rom in this forum should work fine. Aside from the 4.3 rom I just posted, I dont believe there are any roms built from T999L firmware.
Please read the Q&A thread for more on the T999L. Nearly every question you may have is likely addressed there already.
Don't think so. Anyway thx.

Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for [ROM][4.3][Dec-2013] AT&T I317-UCUBMK6/MJ4 *Stock* Rooted Odex/De-Odex/Odin. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
The 3 main download links don't seem to be working..
I'm confused.
I want to return a friends AT&T Note 2 to stock firmware. It is on MK6 bootloader.
I've read a few threads but I don't see much for returning to stock when you are already on MK6.
The Knox counter is already tripped to =1.
All my friend want is to put the phone back to latest stock firmware and to root it so that Xposed Framework can be installed.
I would appreciate all the help.
Thanks
THANK YOU!!!!
You saved my day! Thanks.

There have been 2 updates since this build. NE5 and NJ1.
Look in http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2-att/development for ROMs.
Not sure what you consider safe.
You have given no information as to what the status of your phone is. Rooted, (assuming you're running this ROM and you have not removed Rooy) custom recovery, you could have used ODIN to flash this ROM (if you are running it)
If you are still rooted, or you have removed any of the stock programs, the update will fail during it's pre-check phase.

Samsung galaxy note 2 sgh-i317 not restoring with odin
Hello,
My friend brought me his note 2 that seems to be bricked. He was about to smash it against the ground before I took it from. I hooked it up to KIES and it couldn't connect. Right now it is stuck on the SAMSUNG pulsing logo. I've downloaded stock rom and flashed it in Odin and it passed. Then did a factory reset and tried to see if it would start then and it didn't. Is there a way to find out what bootloader is on it? It mentions something about the efs not mounting and something else about magic string missing.
Any help or guides provided would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
