I flashed it but sounds not changed for example unlock sound is still water sound

It simply Unzip the file go to system/media/audio/ui
Use with root explorer And replace the existing file reboot That's all
I have found the Lens Flare lock and unlock sounds. I don't remember where i get them.
I don't know how to make a flashable zip file,but normally i put these files here: "system/media/audio/ui" before flashing the rom.

I don't think stock launcher will work in cm10.1
Anyways try by pushing seclauncher2.apk to system/app and set correct permission

the stock launcher which u uploaded is 5....mb.. bit in my grand its jst 3.6mb
