Multi Window - s3 i9300 JB4,2,2 - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Pls help. my multi window is not working.
i was not able to enable or even disabled it.
im in s3-i9300 JB4.2.2(rooted)

Hi. Wrong forum completely. Look for the qna of the i9300. First conduct a good search. If you do so I guarantee you'll find your answer faster than asking someone. If you don't find an answer and have not been able to get clues to figure it out, post a thread as you did here stating your problem, steps you've done to solve it. Things you've done to your phone. Etc etc.
P.s. try holding the back button?

Is op trying to use multi window functionality on a aosp ROM? If so, that is unfortunate as it is a touchwiz feature that is not included in aosp ROMs.

Bloatware

Have been using the xda app from my phone and I can't seem to get the search feature to work well. I was looking for a list of Bloatware that is safe to remove. My Rom is rooted stock with a few extras but all of the Sprint crap is still on it. If someone could post one or point me in the direction of one, it'd be much appreciated

Please use the SEARCH function next time!!
List of apps you can possibly remove -- not all are safe
How to remove bloatware via ADB
Also, I believe JoeyKrim's latest stock ROM has all the bloatware removed.
Thanks for your help guys found the info I needed. If the search function were working properly wouldn't need to post for help. Tried a ton of keywords and returned no results...so sorry, psuedoremora didn't mean to waste your valuable time.

Hahaha.
Don't say it so defensively.
When searching, if you can't find what you're looking for directly on the site, then you need to use Google search -- enter your keyboards and add xda at the end, it'll search the keyboards, while looking for that site. That's how I found what you wanted.
P.s. I might have come off as a jerk, but believe me, it's better I say something now or at least in the manner of how I said it than have someone flame you worse than me, which is quite often. My request is a very polite way of telling you to search next time... but it's understandable.

[Request] Stock Samsung apps for CM10

Hey guys, just quick request on my part. I was wondering if anyone could upload the stock Samsung apps (specifically s voice and memo) for cm10. The only link I found to them anywhere was a drop box that had been removed or deleted at some point.
Thanks much

The stock Samsung apps require the TouchWiz framework and will not work on CM10.
In the other thread I found it seemed to be working for the other guys. But isn't Google now supposed to work in essentially the same way? Although googles servers are on the fritz right now

Do you mind linking me to the thread? I know most stock features like Smart Stay and the wave hand over phone won't work on CM10 and when I originally did my research before flashing CM9 I was told very specifically that most of the stock Samsung apps were built into the TW framework.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1788749
From July but it seems like s voice was hit or miss from the responses

I vaguely remember that thread. I think there were so many bugs and things going on people just gave up trying to force it to work. If you're just interested in S-Voice and Memo try searching the Play Store. You won't get the exact apps, but I'm sure there's similar apps that have the same features. And now that Google Now is working on CM10, I really don't see too much of a point in S-Voice.

Multi Window Question

I imagine the answer to this is no but I'll ask it anyway
Just wondering whether it's possible to have two instances of the same app in dual windows ?
It's just it would be quite useful to have Gtalk loaded twice one with a chat window to one person and the other with a chat window to someone else!
Like I say I kind of know the answer before I ask but still I may have missed something somewhere
Thanks

You haven't answered the OP's question at all. Please stop posting when you don't know the answer. Updating firmware has absolutely nothing to do with the Multi Window Manager, which I guess you know nothing about either.
A previous post of yours said that S-pen doesn't work on rooted devices Not only is that rubbish, you then stated that you're not rooted yourself.
You're not making yourself very credible, to put it mildly (and way too politely).
If you want to edit that, as you did with your Blackmarket Alpha recommendation, feel free screenshot taken...
I don't think it will work, when application is already there on screen and you pull again to second window, it will remain as it is, I mean there won't be new window for same application.

I don't think you can because the app resources are already in use and they can't be executed twice simultaneously. I would assume sharing resources from one application would create conflicts.

Well multi window manager said that it works for some apps.

[APP] ExperiencePro working for Sprint SGS3?

Has anybody gotten this app to work on the SPH-L710?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=aperture.ezekeel.experiencepro
My phone just reboots during initialization but the description says it works for this device. I know it's a paid app, but there is a test version also to make sure it will work before buying if anyone is interested in trying it out.
I've tried on TW and aosp and with stock and custom kernels with no luck. Would love to know if it's just my phone. Thanks!

More info on the mod if anyone is interested...

Again, it's supposed to work on this phone but I'm not having any luck. I've tried to help the developer troubleshoot but I am not very helpful. Maybe someone a lot smarter than me can figure this out?

[EDIT] So it seems to be working now with the latest update and the latest version of Slimbean (4.2)!! No go on TW though. [/EDIT]

[Q] How do I get all apps for Multi Tasking on build MC2

I apologize if this question is already been asked, what I'm asking to see if anyone has has found a way to get all apps for multitasking for the build number mc2. I have already Google searched plus I already made a search here on XDA and still found nothing. What's that? I kinda wanna stay on the same ROM if that's possible.
I went back to Google and searched again, this is what I found:
http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/mobile-phones/how-to-hack-apps-into-multi-window-mode-on-galaxy-note-2-50011004/
I'll report back later to say if it works or not.
Yep. I just used the xda threads, but that looks the same process.
Im also on stock rooted and have used xposed to implement several mods. Great tool!
