Unbricking LG Optimus G E971 - LG Optimus G (International)

Hi,
I recently got the LG Optimus G E971 on Rogers in Canada and it is a fantastic device. Since I did not like LG's Custom Android OS, I wanted to install the stock Android. Therefore I chose the AOSP 4.2.1 for LG Optimus G, but before getting there I had to root the phone and unlock the Bootloader.
After successfully rooting the phone and unlocking the bootloader, I decided it was time for me to flash the ROM by following this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2116649
Once I got to Recovery Mode in the ClockWorkMod Recovery, I wiped everything according to the instructions;however, I have forgotten to put the disk images to Flash.
Now I am stuck at the LG Boot Logo, though I am able to access the Recovery mode and FastBoot mode by turning the phone on and holding Volume Up + Down. However, I am unable to access the phone's storage because it is not recognized on the computer as a USB Mass Storage anymore.
I have tried putting it into Download Mode and using KDZ_FW_UPD.exe to restore it back to Stock, but it kept bringing back to the FastBoot. I also tried using the LGNPST with LGE971AT-00-V10d-RGS-CA-OCT-24-2012+0, renaming .tot to .bin, though it gives me an error before it can even begin.
Does anyone know how I can get this back to the stock firmware?
If you need any extra details i.e. Screenshots or picture of the phone, please tell me!
Thanks,
Oakcapy

LG Optimus 4x HD (LGP880) bricked and imei stuck

Hello,
I've got a big problem.
My Android phone, LG Optimus 4x HD, won't boot up anymore.
When the LG logo comes up, the phone won't do anything.
My phone is rooted en has an unlocked bootloader. The second problem (actually the first) is that he don't see his IMEI number anymore (and Mac adress). So I can't do a phone call anymore or use the internet. I tried to install twrp recovery and than it went wrong.
I tried to restore the phone through: LG PC Suite, LG Flashtool(error message: IMEINOTACTIVE), KDZ flash but nothing worked.
I tried it about twenty times, and intall en uninstall LG drivers but it didn't help.
I've also tried to install CWM Recovery through ADB in the recovery menu but he can't acces his internal memory or something.
I can access the bootmenu of LG and the software upgrade menu.
I hope someone can help me with this problem(s)!
Thanks in advance:good:

LG G3 D855 Stuck in MiniOS boot animation after trying to flash stock firmware w/ kdz

Hello. My LG G3 D855 originally ran CyanogenMod13 Nightly, and for some reason 6.0 Marshmallow GApps did not work. So I attempted to flash back to stock using LG Flash Tool. However after the flashing (successful), my phone would only boot into Download Mode, even after hard factory reset. Nothing worked, ADB, fastboot, nothing. So I then downloaded the older version of Flash Tool (2014), and the G3 D855 6.0 marshmallow KDZ. I believe this was successful, as now the phone changed from download mode to the MiniOS boot animation. However that is all it did, just displayed the animation. I attempted a hard factory reset (and the design of the screen had changed, which is why I assumed the KDZ flashing worked). That didn't help, and so I booted back into Download Mode, and tried flashing the TOT file for my device using the newer Flash Tool. However the new Flash Tool didn't even recognize my device, and so I, in one last hopeful effort, downloaded LG PC Suite to try and fix my phone, but in Download Mode or otherwise, my phone wasn't detected. I've tried flashing other versions of the KDZ on my phone, all unsuccessful. And of course there is no recovery I can access. Please any help would be extremely appreciated.

Help lg g4 is hard bricked

I have an lg g4 h811, when I tried to flash a cm14.1 rom it said it was a h815 so it didn't work so I decided to get stock rom (cause I bought it from eBay and the previous owner installed a random custom os with bugs). So I tried to flash a flashable lg g4 stock h811 rom in twrp and after the flash, I pressed reboot and it turned off and won't turn back on. It won't accept charge, it wasnt recognized by my laptop, and won't turn on. Any help would be appreciated thx.
:good:
Can you get back into TWRP recovery mode? If not, can you get into download mode? Follow these instructions EXACTLY, http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/guide-lg-g4-stock-firmware-to-stock-kdz-t3107848
If that doesn't work, install LG Bridge and get into download mode and see if you can update that way.

Point in the right direction after fixing LG G4 hard brick (details inside)

Background Information
So my G4 was hardbricked (won't turn on, no download mode, QUALCOMM 9008 when plugged into PC) because I was trying to return to stock after I had flashed a modified stock ROM on xda using the LG Flash Tool with the 13b(?) KDZ (this was around 2016) but I was recently able to fix it following the guide from gsm developers
However, upon turning on the phone there are some odd things that I've noticed:
It's really really slow, to the point where the only way to turn on/off the screen is to double tap it. Using the power button will make the phone hang resulting in having to pull out the battery to get it to turn on again.
The camera does not work
Upon booting the phone, on the top left side of the screen there is: "secure booting error! error code: 1006 OFFICIAL". From what I've read the other people's devices gets stuck here but for me it does not.
Unable to use LG Flash Tool or LG UP to flash 13b. (LG Flash doesn't detect phone neither does LG UP)
So all in all:
Where do I go from here?
What firmware is the most ideal if I want to root/unlock bootloader etc. (13b?)
Which flash tool do I use? (LG Flash Tool or LG UP)
Why is it running slow?
I really don't want to Hardbrick it again

Click to collapse
I was able to figure it out. If anyone is going through the same thing, make sure that whenever you install new drivers, restart your computer, I plugged everything back in and LG UP was able to detect it and I was able to return to stock. The G4 is now unlocked running Lineage OS 15.1 with root. Just make sure to carefully follow instructions.
