HI all,
I want just share a little work done initially for me.
It's the good MIUI V3 Music player, fully working on Jelly bean 4.1.2
I have tried the V4 and it crashes a lot..V5 needs MIUI framwork and libs integration.
3 colours available
S4 Music Widget (not eaxctly the same but i've managed to make it looking closer to the real thing and it's working!
Beats Music player notification
Changed some PNGS here and there to make it different from others.
Just move the .apk to /system/app using root explorer or something similar and rename it to MiuiMusicV3.apk
So here you go..test and leave your feedbacks and don't forget to click the Thanks button..it's free

Hi,
No one force you to use it after all
You have seen the screenshots so you knew in advance what you were downloading.
Just search the original MIUI V3 player with the "simple" appearence.
Or test the V4 from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1517441&nocache=1
It's done for people who like it more colourful to match their themes for example.
This is the original MIUI music, just themed and added some PNGS from S4 player... nothing else touched.
So, I don't have any idea why the lyrics search is not working for you! maybe the songs that you have looked for don't have lyrics available? ..
I personnaly use it for local musiconly and don't care about the lyrics
Cheers.

Hello everybody, I have been looking for weeks for a decent music widget which works with the Galaxy S stock mp3 player. I liked the beautiful widget one but it does not work with the samsung player, and I do not want to install another player (like 3) cause i really love the galaxy S stock one.. any advice?? Thanks a lot in advance
Nah, I haven't found one. I'm using Music Mod (for Eclair) as my primary music widget - it's the best I've found.

this is a latest update that will working now for galaxy s music stock player
give us a link for the pure music widget
How about "Media widget" it's free.
what about using stock android music player ? comes with a widget
as always dont install just copy it to system/app folder
bad thing is it doesn't support the music player within the notification bar
i've testet it on jpc and worked great
Use Cubed, for a new experience!
Here are the two music players some members would like as an alternative to the stock music player.
Google honeycomb android player looks pretty awesome in landscape mode.
Miui player supports lyrics downloading (.lrc support) which displays music in-app.
The miui player is pulled from my x10 mini pro phone, you guys may like to see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1010394 for alternative mods.
Tell me if it installs fine, because it runs well for me.
will try it..

Not really, i am really big oon music, have been looking for the honeycomb player for looong time , but i just saw the thread
I'm gonna test it on my Ace, I love honeycomb music player
EDIT: Google music is works fine. Yeah, it's beautiful, but a little bit laggy. MIUI player works too...
Both work fine....no lags for me....thanks for the share..
Wow this is good! Thanks man!
I'll try to d/l this and compare to PlayerPro. Really like the look of this MIUI Music but still doubt the EQ feature on this thing.
Anyone have tried?
Hey thanx a lot man, I have replaced the stock music app with this honeycomb

Hey consegregate
Thank you for sharing the apps ... I tried the honeycomb music apk works nice.. however could not locate the equilizer on the app... this is something which i like on the stock app... any idea if i can put equilizer to honeycomb app too.. would be great.
Tried MIUI app too... same... could not locate the equilizer on app... ... need this for my music player...
I've been using the Google Music App for a while with the Music Beta service, works really well.
You could download "equalizer" on your phone if you are on gingerbread.
XDA ♥
Will try.
Though currently on ubermusic beta after poweramp and playerpro.
I had a little time, so I decided to throw together a themed version of the miui music player. Its my favorite music player out of all the ones Ive tried. Also, I tried to make it go along with the ICS theme.
You should be able to just install as normal
Looks great...thanks

Nice thx

this is just a themed version of the music player?
can you view lyrics from the tags in this player??
Yeah, its still the miui player, and the lyrics worked fine for me. Assuming youre talking about the .lrc files that end up in /sdcard/miui/music/lyric.
Although I dont recommend letting this music player download album covers or lyrics for you, because in my experience its wrong roughly 12 times out of 10
Does this have the working equalizer in it?
Hello !! I don't have 10 post yet, so I can't post my doubt in the ROM's development thread.
I'm using the Xperia_AniKing_v1.0.0_Ice Cream ROM and I realy like it !!
The only thing I didn't like, is the Avril Lavigne's picture show in the Music Player when a not tagged music is running.
Is possible to remove this image and left the default image for non cataloged albuns?
Thanks again !!
Is there anybody out there ?
124 views but nobody knows what to do?
Why not just use another music player if it bugs you? I'd suggest power amp it's a good player imo
Cause I like so much the stock music player and in this ROM I'm using, it is very beautiful with transparence. When I open the player, the Avril's picture dont show up, just in the widget it happens.
try music tag apps from market,it can correct mp3 details like album art..or u can try different musics player..

Hey,
Most custom cyanogenmod ROM's for our phone uses Apollo music player V1.0. This version lacks some very basic features and the UI is not that good. Apollo V1.1 on the other hand is much better and uses very little phone resources compared to Google play music which is a big plus for our low spec phone. I tried very hard to find the apk but couldn't find it at all anywhere. I eventually found it and so would like it share it with you all....
This is not my app and I take no credit for it. Thank the Cyanogenmod team for this simple but amazing music player.
I am not responsible if any means installing or handling of this apk brick's your phone. Though, its highly unlikely.
I have attached some screenshots for you to look at as well.
Installation
1. Place the attached apk into your phones SD card.
2. Uninstall the existing Apollo V1.0 using any app manager(I use Link2SD)
3. Install the apk from your sd card.
4. As simple as....
Please Hit THANKS if this helped you !
Enjoy !
Isn't this the same thing that was on the playstore few days ago?
I had posted a link a few posts back

The music player you posted a link to on the Play store is called 'Omich Player'. Omich player is a mix between Apollo v1.0 and Play music. Whereas, the above apk is for the new pure Apollo music player version 1.1.
