Put all transition and animations to 0.5x instead of 1x

Or use another launcher?

Is that theme for the Galaxy Nexus? When I install the free version and try to apply it it says error this theme was not compiled correctly?? Or only the paid one works??
EDIT: Just noticed a post to install system theme first then touchwizz and works.

Where did you get the soft keys? I bought the theme but soft keys don't change. Not sure if they just aren't changing on AOKP.

How did you install this on your Galaxy Nexus because when I flash the Notification drawer fix my systemui force closes :-(
What was your process exactly? (I paid for it so I have the apk for the full theme)

Afternoon. Has anyone got custom boot animations running on the bean yet?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
I have the bigxie 4.1 ROM and use an alternative boot animation.
Currently I have the R2D2 boot animation
Yep. Trinity kernel comes with a custom animation.. but I also was using the Nexus 7 animation [flashed in TWRP]. It's a shame the stock JB one is so boring, lol.
Wheres the nexus 7 one?

I just flashed the nexus 7 one but nothing thundersticks still was on. Weird. Do we have threads yet for jelly bean etc. I know we have the mod thread about Nav bar etc.
By the way I had weird lag on keyboard so installed ICS keyboard from market works sweet. Just saying lol

I'm running the nexus at normal speeds 1.2max - what launcher do you guys prefer? I'm not huge into tweaking so a few options would be nice but I'm more concerned with the launcher running snappy

apex or nova are the better
I vote Nova. If you go to the settings and get the beta version (1.3b5 at the time of writing) it's even better, with the Jelly bean code rewrite same as Apex.
Holo Launcher HD + Holo Launcher Plus. Works great for me without being too over the top with customizations. Always runs snappy for me as well. No problems.

If you're not into customizing and want just light and fast launcher, just go with stock.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Probably Nova
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Zeam
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
I'm using Nova Launcher and enjoying so far. I didn't try other launchers yet.
And i'm not into tweaking that much either. I'm all stock running Jelly Bean 4.1.1 and rooted. That's all
I bought apex, tsf, and adw but all I use is golauncher. It is the smoothest one of them all for me.

But I have Holo HD and love it, is simple and fast
Question: other than a nice UI and all, whats the benefit of using a nova or apex launchers? More free ram? Faster?
If its sits on top of stock doesn't just collect more ram? If so can one replace the launcher completely?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Stock is the fastest of all if you only care about speed.
Other than that Nova and Apex are almost as fast too(specially Nova), but with customizing options

Atom Launcher.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Nova no doubt. It is way faster than stock if you remove the animations. It gives you the option to speed up/down the animations and transitions and by that you can make the phone blazing fast.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
I have used both Apex and Nova.. and Nova is the one I like the best
Zeam is probably the most lightweight
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
I think this Launcher is the best on the nexus 4
I use the version 2.0.5b that very smooth, used ram less then the original one
