Even though is really cheap. I would recommend a better battery such as anker batteries.
I have an anker battery from amazon. Works great and lasts longer than the original battery.

Do they make an official 2000mah samsung extended battery with nfc and 1mm thicker battery door for the t989 Like the one they make for the international version?
Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk
i saw them on Samsung website
not found for sale any where yet
but if you think about it our stock is 1850 mAh and the official extended from Samsung is 2000 mAh that's not really worth the upgrade it's less than 150 mAh increase
might not even translate into another hour of use, maybe 30 min more of usage?
i just saw an extended battery with back cover for gs2 at tmobile store... didnt ask them how much it cost..

Hey guys I'm looking for the best extended battery for my s2. Price isn't a factor and I would prefer to buy something from amazon.co.uk. the only problem is there's too many to choose and you guys know what's best I'm looking for something that doesn't decrease too much in performance over a long period of time.
Thanks in advance guys

I would suggest you to go for genuine 2000mh official battery by samsung as i am also using one and it gives very good backup about 18 hours on full use as compare to my previous 1650 mh battery.. If you need more details and pics then check my thread...cheerz

Agree, the genuine one often gives you more satisfaction than other "hi-cap" batteries. And it's more trusty i think

Look at the model number. Verizon is i515 or something and GSM is 9250 and if it says lte its Verizon. I got two 2050 mh batteries and a wall battery charger for around $25 on amazon. They fit like the stock battery.

I've been looking for a battery as well. I tried Amazon and found some good prices but I couldn't find one that supports NFC. I found a battery from Mugen that does but they're out of stock.

Verizon is i515 and the battery is blue and more "square". GSM is i9250 and the battery is black and more "rectangle". You do need the extended battery cover. Most legit Samsung batteries + covers are ~$35 on eBay. Get a legitimate one.

Thanks, Do U Happen To have A Link For Amazon Or Ebay, Or Wherever U Found It?
I use the 3800 seido battery with NFC and it works fine. Just do a search on amazon. Don't buy generic Chinese crap. It won't last as long and its not a true 3800.
The supposed 2100 extended is a joke. The phone comes with 1850. They expect an extra few ma to last longer...don't bother.
I can go a full day with my seido. U pay a little more but its worth it to not have to charge all the time.

I believe you can search in Amazon the Samsung Spring Extended NFC battery or something along those lines, and it should come up. That's what I did with my Verizon phone.
Im looking into buying a ZeroLemon Samsung Galaxy S III 7000mAh Extended Battery is it a good battery brand? Or do you recommend any other brand? Thx

There is a company called anker that makes 7400mah batteries. That said, I've never tried their battery, but I have two zero lemon 7000mah batteries, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Do be aware, however, that my phone is now heavier than my 8 inch tablet. You get used to it quickly though, the weight in your hand and pocket is reassuring
It's all ymmv really, for me the iAnker 7200mAh battery runs like a champ, it's been roughly a year and my battery has only lost a few 100mAh but it's still lasting 2-3 days without having to charge ( 100 down to 40 ). ZeroLemon is also a great brand. Although 100-200 mAh may not be a difference, it's all up to you to decide because everyone's experiences are all different with batteries.
Thx for the replies im going to try the lemon out. ^^
