If you would like to install the apk directly from Adobe instead of relying on an outside source you can always grab it off their website.
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
Just download the one called: Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.63)

Nope, but why do you want Adobe Air, its note a big deal
Tapalked with a Nexus⁴
Adobe dropped support for ARMv6 in Adobe AIR 2.6,but you only need to download older version APK package.
I just installed Adobe AIR 2.5.15320 on my LG GT540 and will try to test some games which targets older Flash Player.

I want to start watching movies/tv shows on my Galaxy Nexus.
What is the best video format?
I see a lot of .mp4's are x264... is that x264 good?
Cheers,
I believe MP4 H.264 is best in the native video player would be best battery wise, as it is CPU/GPU supported not done in software like DIVX/XVID AVIs wit 3rd party apps
You could try this too, it plays just about everything, just change decoder settings to sw instead hw.

Mx player looks great! That is what i really expected...to just be able to throw a movie from pc to nexus without converting. I'm looking forward to trying one tonight. Do you know if there has to be some free space on the phone for it to be able to decode? After, are there two files, the original and the decoded?
Thanks a lot for sharing.
Thanks, using my Gucci Nexus on XDA premium

There is not 2 files after it decodes I don't believe u need extra space for it to decode it just does in the app itself I can see the files in the gallery but they only play using mx
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
I guess I should also say I'm not positive it will play everything. My buddy threw transformers 3 and the new planet of the apes on my phone, told me to download mx and he swears by it. So if does not play right away I would just mess with the decoder settings a little.

It can't be installed from Google Play in our Nexus⁴ because:
*** NOTE: FLASH PLAYER IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED FOR NEW DEVICE CONFIGURATIONS. FLASH PLAYER WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED ON ANY ANDROID VERSION BEYOND ANDROID 4.0.x ***
While Flash Player remains on Google Play for installation on Android devices that are certified by the manufacturer, installing Flash Player on an uncertified device may result in unexpected behavior and can potentially destabilize your device. A list of certified devices can be found at http://www.adobe.com/go/certifieddevices. Flash Player WILL NOT be supported on any device shipped with or upgraded to an Android version beyond Android 4.0.x

Yes, browsers like AOSP, Dolphin, Firefox or Opera (browser, not mini)... but not Chrome... But there are more uses for Flash Player; for instance. I use it to view TV channels over WiFi and believe me, our Nexus 4 can play video flash content really smooth :good:
I haven't tested it with games, but I guess that will run smooth too.
11.1.115.36 is out
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/...roid/11.1.115.36/install_flash_player_ics.apk
brilliant, works great on CM 10.1 browser, super smooth.
I already test it with facebook games and it works well its like your using a touchscreen laptop hehe..
Awesome. Thanks!

Same problem on Note 10.1. Any solution or workaround available?
i have es8000 tv and smartview 3.20 hacked version is working for :
samsung galaxy sII
samsung galaxy sIII android 4.0.4 - 4.1.2
samsung galaxy tab 7.7
samsung Tab 2 10.1
samsung note II
using ziggo digital tv
smartview 4.02 will need modification to run. maybe the guy that modded version 3.20 can have a look at it, since he knows how.
i complained to samsung about it. on Phone, on support and every other option they have to contact them. the problem is that in some countries the dual-view option is not allowed, so they are not going to change it. the option for scheduling aint gonna work for digital tv since it has not been modded, it does work for analog tv.
now please give the Original modder a lot of thanx and hope he will try n fix it for us. i looked at it but i have no time to fix it and i like 3.20 better anyways, works faster and reliable.
Which 7.7 rom works with this?
I'm using Daniel's Paranoid Android ROM and it won't let me install it.
Which ROM are you using to make it work?
Also, does Dual View work as well?
Please help...thx

SGS3 running LiquidSmooth and can't can't them to install. Bummer...
I only was able to use SmartView with all its features while using stock rom or an old Omega rom.
As far as I know the app needs stock stuff to install and run correctly. No way on CM/AOKP roms.
Hope this helps
(a bit)
I'm using a Galaxy S4 with stock ROM and found out that Smart View 4.0.1 didn't show the video but 3.20 did. I have a Samsung 2013 TV.
Thread I got it from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1808188
Link to 3.20: http://www.mediafire.com/?zgos67ibjj0s943
Dual view is supported by few tv models. So its not your phone or rom. Its your tv.
And it works only on samsung stock rom or stock based rom. So on CM based roms it won't work.
don't. be greedy use that "thank you" button if i have helped you.
