Dear Friends,
I searched a lot for mod playing FM Radio without Headset.
Please if you know the solution reply.
Thanks for making such a nice forum..
lol.. if they make a mod to include antenna in ur phone itself you'll be able to use it.. till then plug in your headphones as they work as an antenna
simple answer is that u can only dream of playing it without headphones

Cut the Jack connector from broken headphones, just 4 cm cable and you have mini antenna.
Sorry for my English
Do this
As described by R3nn3K do this ...(IMAGE)
SORRY for the low image quality
ok I LOL'd @ the above.
Anyways, buy wired speakers for your phone. They'll double as the antenna and an audio output (something you'll be missing with the above) and you won't need to wear headphones.
Personally, I use the Altec T515s (had them forever) and they work great. Their best function is bluetooth functionality, but they support "Line-In" and come with a cable to plug your phone directly into the speakers (giving you the needed headset functionality to make the FM radio work).

Wow, grats on obtaining the power of resurrection, cause you sure resurrected this dead thread.
And while TuneIn Radio (the correct name of the app you're trying to mention) does work (so long as you don't mind the 30-45 second delay behind the actual station) the OP did ask about using the pre-installed FM Radio app (which has no delay or extra ads) w/o needing headphones.
Which was dumb in itself. Who uses a radio without an antenna?
Anyways, necro posting is sexy!

You can try tunein it has channels from all over the world but you will require wifi,3G etc

I used my LG basic phone for FM,on speaker. No headphone required. Calling headphone as antenna should be history. Dont know why smart phones insist.
Pressing THANKS easier than typing.

Yea but don't you remember those antennas in old phones? Later on they were being placed inside of the phone, nowadays I guess it's so little space in there, they just decided to use headphones as a source.
Yes my first motorola was with antenna for calls.

Spirit FM is the way to go
Guys FM radio without handset mod exists for Moto Defy. It is available on this forum. I have used it and the phone does not have any external antenna. And that also had an option to switch between headset and speaker. Unfortunately we do not have it for HTC One.
Rite, so i bought this new pair of earbuds from Audio Technica. Its a pair of ATH CKN50s.
Tried them on my Wonder and it works great. Im using Shuttle music player and it'll stop music playback once my headphones are not attached.
Funny thing is that my music stops as i moved even the slightest bit with my device but my earbuds are still intact.
This happens every time with my Wonder. I ended up having to stay still whenever i use my earbuds.
My Mini 2, Xiaomi Mi3 n my bros iP4 dont have this problem though.

Could be that the jack is damaged this time. Did you try another output device with it?

The N-Tune 100 is tuned specifically to be used with the Honor 9. Monster is one of the most respected headphone companies so it will be very interesting to see how these sound on the Honor 9.
The phone comes with a specific audio profile that can be assigned to these headphones when they are plugged in to your phone.
What do you think about these headphones, and do you plan on getting some for yourself?
i would like to have any headphones come with phone

I have A32 4G Phone. I'm on stock rom.
There is no problem when making calls and listening to music with wired headphones. But there is a rustle when recording audio. Why can it be caused?
I would be very happy if someone from the same phone can try. It has a 4 month warranty but I'm hesitant to send it just because of this.
I'm using cheap headphones and I have the same issue, probably bc they're so cheap lol

There is no problem while listening, making calls. But there is rustling when recording audio. Maybe someone with the same model phone can enlighten us.
