lol i was using comfortaa before i found this

I've been cycling out ZegoeLight, ComfortAA and DroidSans. This one looks like a keeper.

What file is it you modified to make it transparent? Was it just the image file?

does this work on all roms? i am using fastludeh's rom and tried following the instructios (boot into recovery, mount system, using my desktop adb push the file) butit didn't work.
am i doing something wrong?

I've been searching for a couple hours now and I can't seem to find anything on how to flash a font pack from recovery. Could some one help me out with this pls thx.

Put the zip on your memory card...easiest isn't in a folder, boot into recovery and select install zip from sdcard, choose zip from sdcard and then select the zip file. It will say it's complete hit the return button and then reboot

I've been trying to add the apk but XDA keeps crashing when I try to attach it...I'll try another way here soon I guess

wow 26 downloads in less than a day, and no complaints of my "flasher" not working.
So far the top 3 downloaded are: Blue plazma, speedo and epic fiery hands

no underneath the tardis boot animation is
"matching splash here" with a link to the splash ... have you tried flashing the splash zip?

that link is for a download from ETHeils thread (we work together). He figured it out. The one x is similar to the LTE and we have making animations and splashes for that for a while until he noticed the ONE X has exactly the same stuff.

lol i just read through his thread, apparnetly the splashes dont work with the ONE X yet... hm that sux. Well I'll be here though , and once they figure out how the splashes work then ET will be back making ani's for you guys.

you're damn right they dont work, it formats the internal memory card.... i would suggest you remove the splash links

[Request] Custom Lock Screen Ring

Hello,
i attached my own Logo with my framework-res.apk please can someone edit my Logo that i can use it as my Lock Screen Ring.
Some Animations when I touch the logo where really awesome.
Sorry but I dont have the skills to do that myself.

Yes you have to select your cm update file (from the Rom you are currently using. But don't worry zipthemer won't replace the whole Rom, just the framework-res file

Where did you get your lockring ? And how did you make the zip attached in your first post ?
Edit : ok I checked your zip file and in fact it doesn't work like that
Actually you should download one real flickering zip file from an xda themer(like in the link an another user posted in this topic) and then replace the file you want in title and finally follow my tutorial.

I replace both Pictures (162x162 px for hdpi and 216x216 px for xhdpi) with mine but they have the same size.
Can I use smaller sizes?

No use the same file size but reduce the ring size in the file and complete it with transparency

this is image. this image appears 3/4 seconds and then start bootanimation. this image is not the original motorola stock.... can you please do a zip installer of stock image? I don't remember what is the original but perhaps was motorola logo. certainly is not this that installed by gpe

1..get the bat file out of the zip file and place it into your adb folder
2..boot phone into fastboot mode
3..open cmd
4..type fastboot flash logo logo.bin
5..reboot

You can use this on any custom ROM, and it usually should work on MIUI also (not tested)
1. Boot into fastboot
2. Use fastboot command: fastboot flash splash splash.img
3. Press+hold power button until the device reboots
If you like to revert to stock logo someday, use this link and rename the file to splash.img

I used this script in linux https://source.codeaurora.org/quic/la/device/qcom/common/tree/display?h=LA.BR.1.2.7_rb1.1
It works with small .png files. Fastboot will show you maximum size.
On Windows you can use the tool for redmi 3 (afaik) which u can easily find in google, you need to use at both ways the screen resolution we have for image size.

Here is original Mi splash.img flashable zip.

Extract zip file.
Replace splash.img with any custom splash.img you want to install
Re-zip the file and install via twrp.
If you want to go back to original splash screen. Just install that zip from my drive.
