OMG *.* thank you very much so much time i whait for this
Legend, thanks a lot mate!
One thing that I found quite annoying is that the theme doesn't apply to the dock or page indicators.
Hopefully they'll add that in an update.

Honestly, I've never heard of AOKP, however, it sounds interesting, so I'll give it a try
Just one question: Is the battery performing as it should, or the results are same like on a CM9 nightly?

I have some questions about the sense-based jelly bean custom roms (like 3.14 based)
- is there any way to have enhanced quick settings in the status bar again ( either horizontally or vertically ) ? so I dont have to press the settings icon first each time to access the settings? I searched for something like that but couldn't find >_<
- is there any tool thats like CDtool to customize the rom ( battery , network , wifi icon , ...etc)?
AFAIK, we'll just have to wait till someone mods it and makes it available to public.

Is there any mod, or anyone who could make a mod that changes the screen lock animation from the CRT to just a simple fade off? When the screen turns on it fades on, so just like that except for screen off.
You can achieve that with Xposed framework and a module called Xblast tools by FemBlack.

On AOKP ROM there is an option for that. Untick "CRT screen off" under general user interface. I guess other ROMs might have that option too.
cheers

On CM at least that setting just makes it turn straight off, no fading, it just cuts black.
i did that once i just changed the value of config_animateScreenLights to true,i think its in sustem ui or frmework res

do you have xposed framework? try the gravitybox module, it has the screen fade as default and has the CRT as an option
Sent from my Nexus 4
I've been using XBlast. Works perfectly, but the fade animation lasts a little too long. Anyway to just have instant on/off, or at least animation-free? I don't care for eyecandy.
This thread made me realize how cool it would be to have more screen-off effects.
We have so many customization options: statusbar and navbar transparency, list view animations...just imagine there would be more effects build in the ROMS easy switchable in ROM settings.
If it is even possible. How neat would this be?!
So does anyone know how to implement the fade effect on our device without using any Xposed modules?

I would like to do some brainstorming and hopefuly get attention from some people who know how to do such a thing...
We know there a flashable versions of animation mods, like screen transition.
Couldn't even this be integrated in some kind of ROM Control?
If this is doable I think some options for screen off animations shouldn't be a problem?!
I mean some roms even have the option to use the CRT effect as screen on animation so it looks like it isn't integrated too deep in the system.
Someone knows where the CRT effect is located?

Sure, it is in services/java/com/android/server/power/DisplayPowerController.java
You got to compile Android from source to be able to alter the animation. See AOKP and CM github for reference.

Testing right now!! new roms are welcome!. Long life to GNex!!
Ok, here is my impression about this rom:
Preconditions: I used latest Fancy Kernel R59 because I have /cache and /data partitions in F2FS
- The install process started showing garbage on the screen, repeated texts and SystemUI FCs all the time. I finally managed to finish the installation and after a reboot, everything was OK.
- The rom is FAST. It feels very lightweight. Zero lag!!! how is it possible??. I like this!.
- Colors in titles, transparency in settings and general blue theming are nice!!.
- Since it is based on CM, the customization level is enough.
Looking forward new versions
Please keep up the good work!.
Tnx for cheering.
I used this ROm but i found that i could not blacklist calls starting from +911408* and +911409*, since this is a main feature i look for, could you please fix this... apart from this the garbled welcome screen was the only bad thing for me,,, else it was all smooth look forward to calls blacklist working in the next versions
Fastest ROM I have ever used. Even with ListView animations, it still cruises through pages upon pages of messages! There are some issues, however:
The camera at 1080p seems to stutter (like it is recording at a low fps)
When setting up, the previous page, rather than just disappearing, underlay the next page in the setup.
Uninstalling an app though the launcher (click and drag from app menu to uninstall) causes a system crash and I have to re-flash everything or else I just get an error saying SystemUI has stopped.
The boot animation doesn't match the rest of the theme of the ROM and... looks... like a child created it (it really does look... unprofessional?) -- Easily fixed by installing another theme.
Still yet to test battery life, as I have only had it installed for just over an hour.
Other than that, this is easily twice as fast as anything else.
Great work!
Great ROM. Besides what has already been said the only other problem I could find is some text is unreadable due to theming. A good example is settings menu for superuser. Will be an amazing ROM when main problems fixed.

Thanks for your bug reporting and advice.
Our answers are here:
* We will test 1080p recording in your device soon.
* I think you're saying CM Account bug, and we've already known that problem. We will fix it soon or in 2.0.
* Hmm...Other devices doesn't have that bug. We will test in your device soon.
* Ah...Really...? I don't think so... But anyway we are going to change boot animation in 2.0.

We've known that problem...
Maybe we will fix it soon by coloring the text black.
Okay, so battery is pretty good (using Fancy r59)/ART/F2FS. Haven't really been able to test it properly since my signal decided to be bad today, so the radio is eating at it.
I found another problem where no matter the theme, the status and navigation bar turn blue in the settings menu. Kind of annoying if I want a plain black theme.
How on earth did you manage to make this ROM so fast?! It's insane!

Bluish colored Tinted Status Bar and Navigation Bar in Settings are our design.
We designed this ROM inspired by the sky.
If you don't want to use it, then I think you should use another CM theme.
And thanks for your compliment.

I am using another theme, and it still changes the colours to blue for some reason. I am trying to use the CM11 theme "Obsidian" (image attached). Is there a setting to disable it?
You're very welcome
I found that it isn't actually the camera causing stuttering framerates at 1080p, the phone is just lagging playing it back. It works just fine on my PC. Is there a problem with hardware encoding or something?
