I use wallbase app. Another one would be zedge.
1. Best Wallpapers HD (use version 2.2.8 if you have problems with the latest one)
2. Zedge
Both are awesome, lots of wallpapers available to browse, download and use.. and are available in Google Play too

I just wanted to report a bug recently found in the xda premium app. Every time I want to read my PMs, the app crashes. In Tapatalk, this works perfectly. Why?

DSLR Camera Pro is a paid application in Play Store. Posting a download link for it's apk is violating XDA rules regarding warez.
