Is there anyway to get the android 4.2 keyboard on android 4.1? Or would I need to root and run a custom rom?
Google just released their Google Keyboard on the Google Play Store. It states that its for Android 4.0+
Give it a try:

Along with the system apps that are making the rounds, there are some other updated Google apps that were made public with the system dump. These are all newer than the Play Store versions currently available. If you notice any changes, feel free to share; I don't use all these regularly so I haven't dug around much. I tested them all at least for installation and basic functionality on both a Galaxy Nexus running Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and a Kindle Fire running Gingerbread 2.3, so they should work universally. They haven't been modded or themed, just pulled straight from the Nexus 4 system dump.
Currents ~ version 1.5.4 - confirmed working
YouTube ~ version 4.1.23A - confirmed working
Google Wallet ~ version 1.5-R87-v15 - confirmed working
Google Plus ~ version 3.2.1.36562030 - confirmed working
Google Play Books ~ version 2.6.41 - confirmed working
Google Play Magazines ~ version 1.1.1 - confirmed working as much as I can test with buying a magazine
Google Play TV & Movies ~ version 2.2.2 - partially working, can't access Play Store content
Google Play Music ~ version 4.3.614.517167 - confirmed working, but actually lower version number than Play Store
The Wallet.apk zip file is NOT flashable, it is only zipped because it is too large to upload as an apk. Extract the apk and install. The other apps can be installed without any special instructions or ceremony.
Google Play Store ~ version 3.9.17 - confirmed working
The new Play Store will need to be pushed to system/app. Delete or rename the existing Phonesky.apk or Vending.apk, however it's named in your ROM build. Set permissions to rw- r-- r--.

How did you get cna 4.1.2 on your toro? I went to their website and I can only find 3.8.0 which is what I'm running. Any chance of a link for 4.1.2 please. And thank you for these updated apps.

I think what he meant with 4.1.2 is the android (AOSP) version cna is currently building wi ..... 3.8.0 is just a number that cna uses for their builds.

yes, i was just giving a brief description of what device i confirmed the apps to work on, since people always ask. sorry for the confusion, it is CNA 3.8.0 which is the 4.1.2 build. i also installed most of these on my old kindle fire, so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues anyway.
Anything new with the Play Music app? Anything changed?

not really, looks to be minor: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/11/02/download-latest-google-play-store-3-9-17/
NOTE: added YouTube version 4.1.23A, an incremental incremental update.
I installed paranoid Android and am having issues getting the play store on it can any one help
Is it force closing when you open the play store app? I'm not sure about paranoid android as I have not tried it, but on the SlimBean jelly bean rom the DPI settings needed to be updated to 240 so the play store would load correctly. Are you able to change the DPI in paranoid android?
AW: paranoid android play store
Try to remove the updates from the playstore
Try re-flash gapps. That maybe can solve your problem.
Thanks everyone, now working great : )

Not pointless at all. I'd been searching for this myself! THANKS!
After I updated to PA 4.1 and the latest GApps, Google Keyboard support has been lost. I tried installing it from the play store but it says Device is not compatible. Has anyone faced this issue? Any solutions? I need the stock swype feature from Google Keyboard very badly. Third party swype apps don't work for me.
Read the Gapps thread.
If you have aosp keyboard, apparently the Google one shows as unavailable
The Gapps thread has the keyboard as an addon

I have installed Miui China beta Rom on my Redmi note 5 pro, but it comes with nonsense Chinese app and no Google services ...
Is there any options to install Google services and play store and remove all nonsense Chinese app
I think you should use xiaomi.eu.

Talking about a way there are 2 ways
1. Open app store and type Google and drag down u wil see play store icon and download this to install play services. To remove bloat u have to remove manually but still u can't remove all unless u r rooted
2. Second way is use Xiaomi.Eu rom which is based on china stable/weekly and comes without any bloat and more features than global version (I am using Xiaomi.eu 26th march 2020 build)
Cheers
Thanks Bro, I Know This Methods but I want to 2 it by my self. I have rooted the phone. When ever I try to remove all the nonsense Chinese app (Like Get app) and convert play store and play services as system app device just doesn't boot us...
How do Xioami.eu Does it. It's uses Chinese Rom as base and just removes all the Chinese app and add play store... How can I do the same

Wrong section. This has nothing to do with development.
