Best is always gonna depend on the person. I currently run Darthstalker S4, V3 with the NottachXposed mod to do some of my own customization. I've also run Wicked on my phone, which was also really good. I'd say those are the best two, but again, its all a matter of preference.
Again that's like asking which is the best car to buy, I'm using Infamous S4 with NottachXposed mod and it's running flawlessly. This one also has the wifi tethering built into it :good:

yeah I just saw that, so if your running a De-Odexed Rom you can do that,
But what about the stock Epics.. running Odexed?
I actually would like to see single digit number also... YOu did a great job btw.
I'll see if I can give a crack at it.. don't know where to start so i'll be searching the forums any help is appreciated.

You might want to tell people what you are trying and/or ask a well formulated question instead of screen shots of the Touchwiz launcher, these posts won't get you far tbh.

I know there are mods out there to get any apps working on Multi-View with rooted Galaxy Note 2's. Has any one attempted to use one of these hacks with the Sprint version? Or do we have to wait to get firmware specific mods to achieve this?

I haven't been on this forum in a long time. I just recently switched back to Android from iPhone 5. Apple really let me down...
I've already contacted goddamnit for the unlimited apps for multi window mod for Sprint. As of now it only works for deodexed roms. Patience, we will get some love soon.

When will people learn? There is no best ROM. Go and try them out yourself, there is no best for everybody. Download one, give it a try, if you like it, keep it, if you don't, take another one. We can't tell you, which one is the best.
Besides, there have been many topics about that. Use search tool, you will see all such topics are locked for a reason. And so will this one.
This kind of questions keep coming out on Q&A. We need to add a sticky about this best rom issue.
