Is that even possible? I have a T999 and planning to ship to my father but T999 doesn't support Turkish and stable CM9 or CM10 isn't out yet, what happens if I flash i9300 stock rom to T999?
Your phone becomes dead. Flashing an I9300 ROM on a T999 results in hard brick.

Yeah most likely the partitions are different so when you flash it the wrong partitions get written to causing the hard brick

Depends on your title of stable... does everything work? yes. but something are broken here and there after every nightly or so. people run certain nightlies daily, I was one of them but I need WiFi calling sometimes.

Wrong...you can flash a i9300 rom to any US variant it wont soft brick your device, what WILL soft-brick your device is flashing a i9300 kernel/sbl/bootloaders/radios etc anything lower level than /system, but there no point in flashing i9300 /system's on our device cause the SOC is diffrent along with all the sensors, so the device wont boot running a i9300 system, unless you port it manually.

Do you have a link to Embryo 7 that works for T989? All i found on our forum is 6.11. I found and downloaded 7 from the skyrocket forum but it wouldnt boot, even after flashing tiberious.
Embryo 7 is only the att skyrocket forums, so if you flash that ROM you would need a tmobile radio and a t989 kernel for our phone if you want you can grab it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2275630 and im sure @soupysoup would be happy to help if you have anymore questions about the ROM as if im correct he loves that ROM

Did you wipe system and data? Do you have newest radio installed? You flashed rom, then t989 4.1.2 kernel before rebooting. Make sire you flashed proper kernel. Nora 4.2.2 kernel. And wipe cache and davlik after flashing those 2 then reboot? And no gapps required.

Pretty sure embryo is 4.1.2....so yes. Try infamous 4.1.2 kernel too of you still have issues. In our dev section. And the new T-Mobile or Telus radios are all that will work.

Hello everyone. The other day I wanted to change ROMs. From AOKP to Cm 10.1. Everything was fine until my data wouldn't connect on Cm 10.1 so I went back to AOKP but I'm still having the same problem! I had a back up from November 2012 AOKP 4.1.2 everything works on the this backup. I thought maybe it was just those two ROMs or something so I flashed Slim bean and everything went fine but I was still experiencing the same problem. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Did you flash the newest radio? The newer CM10.1 builds require it. That is where you should start. It is called uvmc6 and can be found here:

No I haven't. I figured that since I'm running an older version of AOKP I didn't haven't to. I tried the newer versions of AOKP and the older versions of AOKP. I get the same results. So now I'm going to flash CM 10.1 and then flash the radio and see if it'll work.

Hi Guys!
Since the jflte family of devices is almost exactly the same I thought I would post my I9505 (jflte) Rom here for you as well!
It has been tested by jfltetmo and jfltecan users and is confirmed working!
To install it, just download the I9505 rom and then flash the appropriate device specific package I created.
Download the rom from this thread
Download the appropriate device specific package
Install CWM or TWRP recovery.
Boot into recovery, install ROM, then install the device specific package then install gapps.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset if coming from another Rom.
Reboot and enjoy!
Your device name might show up as I9505. If you are bothered by it you can edit the file /system/build.prop in the rom .zip package before you flash it.
This does not affect the way the rom functions in any way.
Please let me know if you have successfully installed and running this rom on any of the US variants of the S4. I don't own the device!

Is the DPI supposed to be a 480 for all screens or just some of the screens/apps? Some screens still look tiny to me and I can't select more than 320dpi.
Using this ROM with kt's kernel on the at&t variant and phone calls reboot the phone, anyone else experiencing this?
Found the problem. Do not enable in call volume boost under device options - > sound.
Got the ROM flashed with Kt's aosp kernel. Few questions if anyone can help
How do I get rid of the on screen Nav bar and the circle menu on the lock screen?
And how do I get my signal and WiFi bars to be blue instead of gray?
Thanks for the help
Edit: also having bad connectivity problems. One bar to none where I would normally have 3-4 bars? What would cause this?

Hm. After wiping, flashing RootBox-JB-i9505-victorator-20130528.zip, followed by jflteatt.zip, followed by gapps, my initial Samsung splash now has a "custom" lock icon underneath it, followed by a yellow triangle with exclamation point:
System software not authorized by AT&T has been found on your phone.
In tiny red text in the top right: "SECURE FAIL: KERNEL"
Looks like the kernel wasn't loki-patched for some reason? I thought this would be done for us as part of an i337 ROM distribution. Are we expected to loki-patch RootBox as part of installing it on the phone?
I think I followed the instructions... What am I missing?

The rom isn't loki-patched because it was made for the I9505 variant. You need to flash Kt's kernel (AOSP version) after flashing RootBox.
