Incognito - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

I know this defeats the whole purpose of incognito but is it at all possible to track what websites are accessed through it. I doubt there is a browser app without it. Either a screenshot every second or something.
Suspect infidelity.
Any help is awesome, I try to help the community out as much as I can.
Thanks!

(requests) From the Users to the Mods & Admins

Hi all
A few of us Moderators have been getting PM's that in my case have not been dealt with due to the fact I am not always on the board.
All of us do this for free and in our spare time, and over time we move on, get new toys, or even go back to a real life without a keyboard under our fingers.
Please try to understand that some of us are Bias (I admit to it I have a BA and am not intrested in many of the other sections).
Thus I for one do not read all posts and all sections, I feel this is true for others, like I said I feel this.
We all however try to check the trash and keep the news clean.
For this reason we need a form of communication that is not based on a person but directed to a group and in this case its the Moderators and Admins.
It is with that motivation in mind that I have opened this thread and made it sticky in the hope that you are able to post issues that you think that at least one of us should deal with.
Please note that this board does not tolerate cracks, serials, pirated versions or the posting of software that should have been aquired by legal means and we will remove (delete) them when found. Please help us keep this site clean by posting links of that sort in this tread as well as telling us if you have found anything on the ftp site.
Please use this thread, use and edit the wiki and remember this board would not be as great as it is without YOU.
Thanks for your support.

Thanks MDAIIIUser.
And remember, mods aren't Gods, despite us all being flaxen hair'd Adoni.
We can't create new Forums, change the Welcome page or Index page, or supply you with new flags or avatars. But ask anyway, it helps us put pressure on the Admis, who are the true Smooth Operators of this board.

Thanks guys!
Hi Guys,
Thanks for postings this.
We (admins) are behind you (though we also aren't gods )

redirection from www.xda-developers.com still pointed to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/front_page.php
link above is not valid anymore
I guess, it should be pointed to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/index.php
nothing major, just easier that way
Think that is correct that is the main page, the forum is a sub element which you can get to from the main page. If you just want the forum then bookmark it.
Link above worked for me
[req] mobile forum theme
Let me first thank you for moving to a much better forum application than phpBB.
I hope one day we can have access to a mobile friendly theme from owr phone. If implemented, I would also like to request that the theme option be stored in cookies rather in the database so we wouldn't have to enter User CP and change the theme every time we log in from our mobile or desktop.
thanks!
Charmer Wiki locked, someone have a check on that please. Thanks
checked it,
opened, edit, saved and removed edit fine
Try on another different user account? Look at my screen shot. The Page-Info gives me the LOCKED status. And, I only see the View-Source not the normal Edit button. Something wrong?
Is it possible to regain the option: view your posts? I liked it but can't find it now anymore.
go User CP -> Find all your posts.
I didn't notice, thanks!

Somebody is having fun with the locking of pages!
Thanks (unlocked now)
Just wondering, with the recent spamfest that seems to be taking place is there any pattern developing in the IPs used that would allow an IP ban to be placed? or are they using anon proxies? I know from my own experience as an admin on another forum they can be a pain, but they really seem to be targetting this place.... A friend of mine is a developer for vb and if there is anything that could be of use I can ask him if he would be able to create a plugin to help you block it.
In many ways this is one of the best sites I have seen (apart from the one I am an admin on of course, we all take pride in the sites we run heh) and I would like to assist in any way to stop any of the users being taken in by spammers like that. (yes, I know most of the users here are smart enough not to fall for it lol) Certainly it's one of the most informative on the HTC devices.
I don't see Cingular in the drop-down list for profiles.... found this a bit odd....

Thanks for you suggestions and compliments though

Seems I got overlooked....
It's bugging me that I have to show AT&T as my carrier, as apparently carrier isn't an optional field, and Cingular isn't available in the drop down menu....
yeah, I'd be ashamed to show AT&T as my carrier also!!!

remote control your phone via pc?

title says it all, any freeware packages out there?
i found http://www.soti.net but its a bit too much for my needs.
thank in advance
Edit:
can a mod please move this thread?
You want to control the phone, from your PC? Hmm.. I don't even know if it's possible. Kind of a reverse remote desktop but a remote phone instead. Huh. I think the limiting issue will be that you would need an app that always runs on the phone. I know you can lock it, track it, wipe it, etc with WaveSecure, but actually control it? Beyond accessing files and folders, I don't know that you could remotely control the phone.
This should probably go in the apps and themes forum rather than Q&A, if there's an app out there they might know of it.
It is not free but Phone my PC worked great on the Hero, have not checked with the Evo as we have no trackball.

Yeah, I love PhoneMyPC, I use it all the time. $10 very well spent. But that controls your PC with your phone, he wants to control his Phone with his PC! So were backwards here.

Words With Friends CHAT Hack?

Is there a way to download the chat script from a single game or series of games on Words with Friends? Perhaps there's a file that can be accessed locally on the phone? This is running on an EVO. Any ideas or help would be very appreciated! Please guys, I'm desperate here... this is honestly a potential major family situation about to occur. I am willing to pay someone if there is a way to get this. I appreciate any help.
Here's another option, what about hacking the password into Words With Friends? Is there a way to do that, knowing what the email is for the account? That way we could simply log in from a different phone and do any screenshots we need.
Any ideas how to get the password for this program if there isn't a file to access for the chat?
XDA does not condone or allow discussion of things like hacking of personal accounts, etc. Thread closed.

Sbrowser sandboxed process

Anyone know what the hell this is? I don't know what causes them and no way to end the processes at all. Google and xda search doesn't find me much info on this. My only guess is it has something to do with Knox which I don't even use, I don't think I've ever even opened the app. I guess I could use another browser but I'd rather not. Any info on this would be appreciated.
Nobody knows ANYTHING? Glad to know at least I'm not the only one.

Does anyone know how to remove the preset Verizon bookmarks from the Samsung browser

There are 3 bookmarks baked into the Samsung browser that can not be removed. I can live with the one for Google, but the one for Mobile Web and Accessories are annoying the hell out of me, especially the mobile web one as it doesn't even take you to a functioning web site.
Used to be that disabling the partner bookmarks entry in the apps section took care of them, but that is no longer the case. To make it even worse, you can't even reorder them, so they are always at the top of your bookmarks.
Anyone come across a way to get rid of them?
Yeah, use Chrome instead

Is it?? The native browser sucks, for one thing. Chrome works much better and since it's Google, is integrated across all platforms and all your Google accounts

Oh so now it's up to you to decide which browser other people use.
Grow the hell up kid, if you can't provide an answer to the question asked, then keep your mouth shut.

He actually wasn't telling you which browser you HAD to use, he simply stated his opinion which he's allowed to do! If no one gave their opinions about apps we would never know which apps are better than another.. Calling someone names like you did (kid) and telling them to keep their mouth shut is lowering yourself and making you look bad! But just so you know @HipKat is one of the smarter people on here.. There's a reason his names a different color.. Lighten up some .
Also, if you want the bookmarks gone first try long pressing on them to see if they'll pop up a delete function and if it doesn't then there's only 2 options left and 1 of those you can't do because there's no root access on bootloader version 5 and the second thing you could do is get an app called package disabler pro it costs money but it's worth it to get all the bloatware out of the way or you can look into BK disabler too..
Edit: You can also download the older version of the Samsung internet app in .apk format and uninstall the current version and then install the older version.

Kid?? I'm 55 yrs old, for one thing, and I didn't get that Recognized Contributor for the hell of it. I worked on more Dev teams before the Bootloader lockdowns started and wrote my fair share of user guides on this and other forums years before you ever heard of XDA
edit: It was easier to just put the know it all on ignore.
