You might have wiped your bootloader partition, please see this thread.
i have full dump of ram it's 262 mb bin file .. can help of anyhing this file or not .. when i open it with notepad++ it's contains .. partition.bin .. emmcboot.mbn .. boot.img .. system.ext4 ..recoveey.img .. persist.ext4 .. emmcparam.bin .. cache.ext4 .. preload.ext4 .. osb1.mbn

Harbrick is dead forever. All you need is riff Jtag to flash the bootloader., but if you don't know how to use and where you can get riff jTag, just go to SSC and do what you want..

what riff jtag you talking about it.. you talking about box it cost 150$ .. and you want me to buy it to repair only one phone.. are you cr
sure i'm perfect to creat the jtag circuit for any mobile phone and i already created the jitag circuit for my mobile and i know the pinouts .. put i have an a little experience to develop a programs like c++ .. delphi .. visual basic or assembly.. thanks for answer

nothing .. i'm only joke with you .. 2 years ago, I was working in this area .. repair hardware and software .. and i had some boxes that's boxes now not worth anything.. only pieces of metal because the makers boxes stopped the updates .. and what the person can do if you today buy the box and tomorrow you can find the server stopped .. we do not updates.. you can not do anything

Tried upgrading my rom via the software on the o2 website and it's killed my XDA2i. Can anyone help please?
I did the same thing, and the same thing has happened to my XDA2i...
I know there's a way to fix it - it has to do with putting an imade on the SD card, and essentially 'booting' from the SD card...
I'm looking around the forums to find what to do !!
Did some searching through the site and found quite a few of these post my pda's dead after trying to update the ROM, exactly the reason why I haven't bothered trying to do it.
My phone/PDA cannot be out of action.
Good look with getting it sorted, and I hope someone on the site who seems to know what they are doing help you both.

Rom update issue
guys u generally face this problem if you try to flash the device with a incorrect rom.
example if u flash a o2 xda ii mini with a o2 xda II rom.
I would need to know what did u guys do to reach at such a stage so that i can give u the ideal troubleshooting step

Please help me in this , i had tried to root my device but it didnt work , but two days ago the mobile made automatic update for the software it was ( 2.3.3 ).
then the device crashed down and i couldnt open or do any thing even i tried to reinstall the new software but the same , nothing work and i cant open the mobile, i took it to the agency and they said we cant do any thing because the software is modified , please help me what i can doo, pleaseeeeeee

I did not know that this button to clear the internal memory I was I guess it's only survey data Almstkhaddmn :crying:

copy a rom that supports your mobile into the sd card then boot into recovery and run the zip in the file... I advice you put it as update.zip in case there aint a option called choose from the sd select update zip from sd then everything will be ok

Try this way go to this link CMW Recovery and install CMW Recovery then try this link http://alcateltpop.blogspot.com/2013/11/unbricking-alcatel-ot-4010x-t-pop.html and try something like CM 10.1

well ive never encountered with alcatel but the general idea of flashing a rom is same... did you try the link i sent you? It must be definitely working for your device too... Btw sorry for the late reply..
