There is an issue in the stock gallery app that comes with the nexus 4.
It lacks the advantage of the soft buttons, it doesn't hide them if watching pictures.

I would really appreciate it if someone would mod it the apk to hide them like in the youtube app.
Thanks, Glurak

It's not an issue. That's the way navbar works. There are hundreds ways to solwe this. At first why using stock gallery ? (try QuickPic). Most of the custom roms has navbar hide/expanded desktop toggle. There is also plenty of apps (reqesting root) that can turn the bar on and of.
I like stock And can have some apps the ability to do this, which advantage gets the user with these while watching pictures? None. Just wasted space.

hey guys was watching a video on youtube and a guy showed off this app called Relaunch were you can access through the lockscreen your apps...what i mean is have everything categorized and be able to access them.
ReLaunch automatically categorises your apps into 9 unique categories and provides an elegant yet simple launcher that can be accessed from anywhere with a single swipe. for me that is amazing stuff and tried it and it is working great..and to top it off it does not even replace your current launcher.
Play Store link is here and i will be honest this is another reason why i love android cause of the many customizations you can do
enjoy

Nice!
Great app, would love to be able to hide apps so it's a bit less crowded but awesome execution. Am using it as an app drawer of sorts accessible at all times.

Hey there,
is there a Nav-Bar mod for a stock deodexed Jelly Bean Rom with the setup of the Nexus S?
Like this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
?
I had it on AOKP under ICS but I want to use the stock ROM, because I don't need all of the mods in AOKP.
Would be totally cool!
Thanks a lot.

I don't think I've seen that particular setup for JB yet. You're probably going to need to use one of the apks from the link already provided, decompile the SystemUI apk, and then mod it yourself. This tutorial here should be really helpful: http://rootzwiki.com/topic/30278-how-to-step-by-step-guide-to-add-menu-and-search-soft-keys/ (check out step 9 specifically).
Things, I haven't done something like that. So I thinks it's going to be tricky for me.
But I consider this as my first project.

AOKP for JB is limited with features right now but has the option to change the soft keys like in ICS. Just a thought

I made this for my dark elegance theme, but all the resources are internal, so it should look the same on any theme. Just install like any other app, but make sure to uninstall one one first.

Constant- it travels with the app, not the framework
Better create MIUI Player-like Play Music - it would be awesome!

Any way to get the full mail on screen?

Thanks, do you have any link to this module?
Update: found it, however this is not what I was looking for. This only removed the status bar.
What I want is the full preview of the email. Please, compare the two Screenshots attached: the first is standard, without full screen preview, the second a dpi modified version.
What I want is full screen preview, but with standard resolution (if not, navigation is a pain)

hello guys,
am playing a bit with tasker, and I ended up making this application, I found very useful, clean my screen with one click, and with another click, the more I use in my screen ..
Is not totally ready, I'm looking for help, and also ideas, as you want to help someone, you are welcome, I'm not a developer, I know very little programming, so I think this idea in the hands of a developer, and new ideas that can be great ....
some screens:

}
Observations:
this app was done on a 4.2 rom (Paranoid), so do not expect everything to work if your rom is different .. (but most works).
Install the app, this need plugins, download them:
Overlays: The best app of 2013 for me, very helpful, still in development, some disappearances of widgets to add, try again if this happens .. (always place the widget first portait, then in landscape).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39784494 --thanks the dev for nice app!!
this no longer in google play, so I'm providing here to download
Locale execute Plug-in

For the widgets appear in the app, you should make them with the same names cited here: (Overlay).
