It exists but has not been released yet. You'll have to wait a while for it because the VT have a reputation for delaying their releases to make sure they're as good as possible.

Honestly, you probably won't get the actual lockscreen.
You might be able to get a custom lock screen that looks like the xperia z lock.

I don't think stock launcher will work in cm10.1
Anyways try by pushing seclauncher2.apk to system/app and set correct permission

the stock launcher which u uploaded is 5....mb.. bit in my grand its jst 3.6mb
