I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Nexus and am looking for a good ROM. Now i know that asking for the best ROM is impossible since it is a matter of taste, but i do want to ask: what is your favorite ROM and if possible, a handy how to...

Second ALL ROMs are the best. No one can tell you what is best for you as everyone uses their phone differently and all phones are different.
Add to that everyone will tell you the ROM they are using is the best. This is why these threads are frowned upon and closed.
You will need to spend the time and read the ROM threads to decide for yourself.

my sig says....samgsung gs3......Samgsung (smgsung) g (galazy) s (s) 3 (III) perhaps i should change it so its more easilly interpreted for the "galaxy s III"
I will find the proper forum and ask it in the Q&A section......just curious is the "general" section for general statements, or questions? cause i see a lot of questions in here.

this forum is for the international s3
general is for general stuff, q&a is for questions - noobs posting in general doesn't mean thats where you should post

Of course, you discounted S.P.R.I.N.T appended to your Galaxy S3 signature. Feel free to use the mods in here. Just don't come back crying that you bricked your device.
There's an age old saying: Look before you speak. You should follow that. Will serve you well. :thumbup:
But seriously, Sprint S3 is a completely different forum altogether and any suggestions you get form here more than likely will brick your device. Make sure you post in the Q&A section there!

As DSA said, this is for the international S3, there are a few variants of it, each US carrier has their own variant, things can and will be different for each variant, go to the sprint S3 forum and ask there.

I was wondering if it would be possible to install the email client of the S4 on the Note II? My brother got the S4 and I must say that the new email app is pretty decent.

Not to jack your thread but I'd also be interested in a port of the S4 keyboard and Phonebook/contacts app!
My apologies in advance, I'm sure this topic has been covered, but my googlefu is just not strong enough to find what I'm looking for.
I have a rooted AT&T Galaxy S3. It's running ktoonsez's AOKP rom. Recently, I noticed the rom has not been updating. Some googling seems to indicate that an outdated bootloader is the problem. How do I upload to the latest bootloader?
Sorry again, I feel really dumb that I'm unable to find the solution for this on my own. I'm sure it's been covered before.

Yes, I did it myself 4 months ago. Search the forums or Google and you will find various guides. They are typically universal from phone to phone so what works on one phone will typically work for another.
