Desire stuck at black HTC logo screen

After Creating gold Card and after i ran RUU i got an error.it stuck at 84% ..85%.And error[110] File open error.i re-downloaded files and tried again but always getting same error.Now it is hang at HTC logo and four Triangle are on every corner of LCD.
Check the picture below.Now it can’t enter into bootloader mode and i tried to repair it via RIFF Jtag but can’t enter into bootloader.Just start and hang at HTC logo with triangles.Earlier it was able to enter into bootloader.

Put Desire in the freeser fore 5 min whitout batt (with polythin cover). Run RUU or use PB99IMG method to update your phone........

Have you found any solution?
A friend of mine got this problem too while he tried to restore his Desire with RUU branded (Fastweb) and it has stuck many times at 24%-39% (just stuck, not any error message).

I used Revolutionary for S-OFF and flashed custom ROM.
However, I need revert it back to S-ON for warranty. After flashed official RUU, it still in stage of Revolutionary S-OFF as below. Please kindly help and advise how I can revert it back to official S-ON. Many thanks~

You have to fastboot flash the downgrade.img from alpharev before runing teh RUU as teh alpharev / revolutionary hboot has write protection.

I tried to search from this forum already, I am not sure if the downgrade.img of alpharev can apply for Revolutionary or not since I used Revolutionary for S-OFF. Anyway, thank you for your reply.

Check ur ebay account and check the phone see if it says its unlocked r branded. If not send a pm to the guy u bought it off. Cant think of any other way

Well u were biding on it so check what ever site u bought it from, surely u have some record of what u baught

[Q] Fully bricked usb - how to s-off?

I am trying to resuscitate an old HTC Desire. Here is where it stands now:
Bravo PVT3 Ship S-on
hboot 0.83.0001
Radio 5.17.05.23
CM10.1 VJ Jelly Bean 4.2.2 v6.3 (which works perfectly- I also have adb over network activated, and it says: 192.168.1.111:5555)
USB is fully bricked - I can't charge it anymore via the usb-port (but I have a recharger); and also can't get usb-access - and I've tried everything that has been suggested here and elsewhere to unbrick it, but it really is dead)
Can somebody please tell me how I can get adb-over-network to work and whether I could get S-OFF that way? When I try connecting, I CAN ping the phone, but I seem unable to connect, as shown here

I have tried with 30' inrtervals, but it never connects. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks!

Just documenting my own process. I created a goldcard and was able to get back to running an official 2.1 Éclair ROM with PB99IMG.zip. So I now have the following:
SO I guess next step would normally be to upgrade the RUU (e.g. to the 2.2 Froyo RUU), but all the instructions I find use usb. So I'm trying to figure this one out now - still VERY open to any suggestions.

I got there too. Following the instructions in the troubleshooting guide, I was able to get completely back to stock and to re-root again (with the help of Visionary and su). But the the guide recommends to also S-OFF. But I see no section on how to s-off without usb (like the section on root without usb). Could somebody please put me on the right track? Much appreciated.

mo what mean ? all informations i given when my device is stock just unlock bootloader

Are you saying the picture(s) you've posted are what is running on your device right now, or are you using a GPe ROM? Your OP isn't that clear

That's fine. You need to:
1. Change CID to Super CID
2. Flash the ZIP in the 'Back to Sense' thread
3. Once back to the Sense bootloader change CID to HTC__001
4. Flash the 4.16.401.10 RUU available here - https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B17smFr95pleeTQ5U1NzNkZzM0U/
