I've seen that certain apps in the market say that my device is not compatible with the app. I didn't really think twice about it until today I saw that Google maps is one of those apps. This wasn't the case earlier today.
Has anyone else been having this problem?

Solved - Reason for issue was due to my changing the DPI for enhanced resolution
I'd like some sort of answer to that too, my phone says that maps is compatible, but Youtube isn't. I tried clearing market data and cache on the off chance that something was goofy there, but it didn't help. It even says "incompatible" when I go to the web version of the market from my computer, and won't let me install.

K, i figured out the problem. Its because i changed the DPI in my build.prop in order to get a better resolution. I guess the apps are compatible with the resolution that i set it to, so it just says that its not compatible with my device.
It won't let you download the app from the market to the Galaxy Nexus, but you can use another device to grab it and it installs fine on the Galaxy Nexus. The only problem is that it is like half the size of the screen, and is centered in the middle.
Is there some easy way to just stretch it to fit the Galaxy Nexus screen? (I mean for someone who mods .apks?
I'm just mainly curious if it could be done. I suppose I can use my Nexus S to try it on my new TV that is coming next week.
Post the apk and I'll take a crack at it. Will be monday before i get back to my laptop though.

Tried SamyGo a few weeks ago, and it didn't work for me. Installed it today and it works like a charm. Strange, looks like SamyGo was updated since my last try.
P.S.: My TV is a Samsung UE40D5000

SamyGoRemote does indeed work. Unfortunately, what I really want, is the ability to use my phone's keyboard for entering data, as using the arrow keys on the remote control is a pain. SamyGo doesn't allow for that.

@peadrog found something that works fine for me, unfortunately the density does not match the GNx so its kinda small....
maybe one of you guys can fix that?
I've had this problem on every single rom and even my other android phone, the sidekick 4g. I've bee using myalbum for the past month or so , but I prefer the Facebook app uploader, any solution ? Seems that many people are having this problem.

Still can't get it to work, I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong with either of the phones, i tried a 3g slide also and it didn't work. Could someone maybe give me like a step by step thing for maybe security settings? I don't see any relating to the fb app, also looking at the apps settings, theres nothing that says facebook for android.

It works just fine with other devices. I thought it could be setting in facebook but it works everywhere but on my SGS3. And I think problem started after the last update of the app.
Agree, I have latest Rocket Rom v7 on my Galaxy Note and I get same error with the latest Facebook update. It's cleary a program error since I can upload pictures to Facebook with FaceUp!
I think this is really frustrating and I hope that FB will fix this.
Works on neither of my android phones. Desktop works of course, maybe ill try from a non android phone?

What carrier do you have? if its simple mobile, i experienced this problem, and had problems loading facebook/browser.
I deleted the proxy in my simple mobile APN settings
Working now!
I have T-Mobile , but I don't think that matters because it doesn't work on either wifi or 4g

Try to change visibility settings when upload a photo.
Try clearing app data in your applications settings for the app.
Nope didn't work, and for visibility , I can only change the visibility for individual pictures in the mobile uploads album , unless im missing something?

I don't know the fix for this, but for alternative tool you could use the Instagram app and it's doing great job posting pictures.

I use myalbum to upload pictures and It works fine , kinda used to it now, I was just hoping that I can get the actual fb app to work

same issue
i always thought it was a network error because restarting the phone usually worked but i was at the races in watkins glen this weekend with a full 4g connection on all areas i was in and it wouldnt load anything. restarted pulled battery i even tried differant albums and differant camera apps i tried everything it would not upload a photo. So after this weekend i believe its a facebook app error and really needs to be looked into
Delayed lock issues on GS3
1. I cant move to system app.. it gets corrupted everytime.. I tried it with titanium backup.. /system/app mover... and I tried. To manually do it with es file explorer.. gets corrupted no matter which way I do it..
2. I cant get it to work with face unlock or pattern unlock.. only with pin.. but I brought it for the pattern unlock since it is the only one that does it..
I got this working perfect on Samsung Nexus with no issues in about five minutes.. I have literally been trying to get this to work for over 6 hours since yesterday.. I am not exaggerating at all..
I have tried 2 diffrent roms.. blazer and free gs3 roms.. with no extra apps or anything else installed..
I tried the trial version and paid version. . Still a no go.. trial version works perfect on Samsung Nexus. .
I read comments from gs3 owners who say it works good..
But I still think it has something to do with the gs3..
Is anyone else having this issue or got it to work on our phone?
or can someone try the trial version and let me know if they can get it to work..
I contacted the developer but he only tested it on nexus devices..
I really want this to work..

Normally I find KTool to be a lifesaver but with my Note2 it is having problems.
It states that the data to identify my device is incorrect. The 3 parameters that it shows for my Note2 are-
M=[GT-N7100]
D=[t03g]
P=[t03gxx]
and then it says it must close the program and closes.
Anyone got any ideas? ?
