Dear all, I have looked for the Xperia ZL on all major online retailers I know in Europe (clove, expansys, carphone warehouse). None of them has the ZL. The only store which sells it in Romania sells the non 4G one, 5602. I would like to buy the 5603. Anyone has any idea why these online retailers don't sell this beautiful phone? I am a proud owner of a Motorola Razr Maxx and I know I will never have such a long battery life again, but I''m tired of the dual core 1 Giga memory limitations.
Thanks!

I couldnt help but notice that at carport, shipping to Romania or Greece is 50 euros, compared to 14 euros or even cheaper to other EU countries
But I will explore these options, thanks!
I bought it a Cyberport.de, and sended it from Germany to the Netherlands
You can checkout other German shops with the 6503 model at geizhals.de

Hey pals, I'm traveling to Germany late this month and I'm eager to buy a Gnex. I own a Xperia X8 so I think it will be a great improvement!
I've been searching Amazon.de and Expansys.de among others and the price is about €380-390. I want an unlocked cell phone to work in Brazil.
Where or which store would be a good place to buy a Gnex in Stuttgart?
Thanks!

Well, buy one from a T-Mobile shop, and unlock it yourself... lolz... Or, go to an E+, base, Congstar, Vodafone, O2, Debitel and what ever shop, you get unlocked ones everywhere, dude...
Mine's unlocked, contract, German Telekom
You can get one at "Media Markt" in Stuttgart for ~350€.
Saturn also sell Galaxy Nexus', but I'm not sure about their prices.
Just go to some electronic stores in Stuttgart and look around.
Try a T-Mobile store.

Oh, yes... Don't buy it at Media-Markt, they are extremely expensive... I know this sounds wierd, but Saturn and Media-Markt may be the same company, but Saturn is much cheaper... Then again, Media-Markt has got a Debitel isle in-store...
I'd still go for the T-shop though...

Thank you for the answer. I just saw at t-mobile.de site that the Galaxy Nexus without contract it at 529,95€
That's too much expensive!
Hi - since the ZL is not available in the UK, I might buy from Amazon.de (€5 postage isn't bad).
I cannot determine whether the Amazon supplied (not merchant) units are SIM Free (and have unlockable bootloaders).
Could any of the German/Austrian/etc. folk here who have actually bought a ZL from Amazon.de please confirm or otherwise?
Thanks!
It has an unlockable bootloader, and in service info it says simlock 0, seems to me you can use every sim.
Vielen Dank!
I'll wait for the price to drop a bit... seems high at the moment.
I can also confirm that German ZL is SIM free. I'm coming from Slovenia and as it's not possible to buy it in my country (because all energy was put in Xperia Z) I purchased it at Amazon.de. My Zl works just fine, no problems:good:
Oh wow you have bad timing last week there was a 50€ discount on Amazon.de for the zl, I got it for 419€

Yes - I notice that the prices on the DE website for these fluctuates even more than the GB website for similar phones. My XZ cost £405 but has been down to £399 and up to £470 in the past 3 weeks on Amazon GB (from Amazon, NOT a merchant).
I'll wait...!

Same here in France, Orange France, works perfectly (Inc 4g/LTE) and worth every penny/cent/centime.... Best android phone yet for me (4S was so "plastic" and light and felt cheap, HTC one on/off button recessed and fiddly was so annoying I felt like throwing it at the wall to let the switch know what I thought of it )

Bought it from amazon it but it was delivered by amazon de.
Sim free and unlockable but box was not sealed.
And the price was 300€ (it stayed at this price for few hours)
on PAYG it costs more than a s3.
on contract it costs either equal to the s4 or MORE than the s4 depending on the provider.
When I rang vodafone to query why they charge more for the s4 mini than the s4 they said due to demand.
Is a shame this phone doesnt have mhl out, otherwise it would be a beast. As I see it kept a fm radio which the full s4 doesnt have.
Do other countries have it cost more than the s3 (and s4)?
Not here in Singapore! I don't know any other S4 Mini users around here actually. :/
350€ in Germany. Quiet similar to a s3.
I got mine I9192 off UK eBay for £285

I got a GT-I9195 from UK eBay for £300, you just need to shop around.
Here in Sweden S4 mini and S3 are pretty much on par with ~375€ / ~$500 in the established shops.
However the s4 mini was much more expensive at the release date and the price dropped approx 25% in one month! I really noticed the heavy price drop. Possibly an intended strategy from Samsung.
Here in the UK the cheapest I've seen from a trustworthy provider is £21 pm..Cheapest I've seen from the internet is 16.23pm on dialaphone. Not sure if I should go for the dialaphone one as it has mixed reviews :/ If anyone has ordered from there before please tell me if they're dodgy, thanks!
Hmm I thought this phone would be a lot cheaper in UK. Here in Sweden you get it for £9 / 24 months with contract. If you buy it cash it costs £235.
Gernany Hamburg, 429€ in July
and i think it is worth.
/€: s4mini LTE i9195

yeah thats under half price on contract. your price seems more realistic, here in the uk I think they alter pricing on popularity, if something sells well then regardless of spec and cost pricing is pumped up. here in the uk the s3 mini and s4 mini phones are extremely popular outselling the flagships.
Just bought mine from Facebook for sale, free or wanted for £250. Did have Xperia Z before and prefer this phone.

i did't want to open a new thread so i'll ask here...
I'm from Croatia and i think we will not get the DUAL SIM version here. We recently joined the EU so if i buy it anywhere from Europe, it will be tax free.
My only condition is that it's dual sim and that it's unlocked for all networks.
Could you advise from where can i order it online for the best price?

Ebay UK, it costs about £270-280
Got it for 400 Euro.
Carphone Warehose £329.
I bought mine from there, I like to be able to walk into a local shop if i have any issues, and will pay a bit extra for that. I think, when considering the price, that it's worth remembering that this is a really well performing LTE enabled phone. I think it's worth every penny. I also have an HTC One, and it easily feels as snappy day to day as my One, just not as big and heavy.
Hi everyone ! Currently I have a Xperia S, it's a good phone but it's a little bit old.
So I wanted to buy a Xperia Z1 Compact but it's prices are to high for me, and I found this on Ebay :
http://www.ebay.fr/itm/Sony-Xperia-...?pt=FR_Téléphones_mobiles&hash=item338cfa9163
The problems are :
- It's ebay (I never bought anything on this website
- It's a phone delivered from Honk Hong (I live i France and I don't know if the phone will work with French 3G/4G)
Can you help me ? I would be so...helpfull !
Thanks !
I live in the USA and bought my z1 compact on ebay. I believe it is from hong kong because of the charger that came with it. It works fine for my carrier. Before you buy it you need to look up your carrier's radio frequencies and compare them to what the z1c uses.
I bought mine from imobilephonex. Check them out. They're pretty good with shipping and customs. Plus they go through paypal as we'll for buyer protection
I have bought mine from ebay. It was my first time too. I recommend paying using paypal as you will get paypal buyer protection along with ebay's protection.
Check the rating of the seller. Reliable sellers will have around 99% positive feedback.
I PMed you the one I bought. You can use that as an example. (Not yet allowed to post links :crying
The model I got was a Hongkong verision. And the seller included Fedex priority upgrade and a North American charger as well as a car charger for free
Hope this helps.
Best Regards.
Thanks for your replies !
I have an other question, what about manufacturer's warranty ? I live in European Union and here we have a 2 years warranty for all the products we buy from manufacturer !
I forgot that but it's really important !

This is the warranty card that came with my phone. I can't tell if my phone would be under warranty but I would assume the answer is no
Hi,
I am from India. I and one of my friends are planning to buy LG G3 / G2 this month. I was searching on the internet to buy online, and I came across a few posts in XDA stating that we can buy unlocked versions from e-stores with big savings? So my friend started searching on the internet and he found a few web sites which were about 200 USD lesser than those in the local market. Could someone confirm if this is true? Are they really available for such huge discounts? How do I make sure that they are not fake Chinese models?
I saw a few sellers on Ebay, Amazon and OLX. Some are selling for $454 and some for just $360 USD. That is just 18000 in India???
If anyone of you have purchased unlocked versions for such cheap prices and if you found them to be genuine mobiles, can you please let me know?
By the way OLX does NOT have any purchase guarantee. Can I get a refund if I find the phone to be fake from ebay seller?
~~~~
Thanks
