[Q] How to change text templates for responding to a declined phone call

My first post be easy. I already searched all forums for "text templates" and found no answers.
In the GN2, there are 2 different databases where text templates are stored. The template database for the stock text messaging app can be edited, no problem. But, how can one go about editing the templates that are available when sending a quick text after declining to answer an incoming phone call?

Well this is the sprint note 2 forums, and you're in general not q&a, but on our version of the note 2 you can edit reject messages thru dialer>menu> call settings> edit reject messages 2nd option down on stock

[Q] No call settings on Jedi X11 ROM

So this might be a dumb question but I've looked all over the place. I have a Jedi X11 ROM on my Note II T-889 and I can't seem to find the call settings. Reason being is that I keep getting charged for call forwarding and the MPI codes from the cell company I'm with won't work to shut it down. I've done them all. They are blaming the phone and I can't find any settings within the phone to shut it down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those settings can be found in the dialer application

[Q] vvm in call log

Is there any way to get vvm in the call log without using Google voice in jellybean roms?
I don't want to integrate with Google voice but I love how the gv voicemails show in the calls log. Anyone have a mod for that?

[Q] Themes for Messages?

I found 3 themes available in a mods/themes/etc thread. But I wanted to know if anyone else had found others that were more themable for the stock messaging app and can receive picture messages. Staying with stock message app. Just want something I can flash that also has the quick reply option and doesnt show the contact picture in every text line.
I have been using this one but I cant receive picture messages with it. Always force closes when I get a picture message. Im running a TW 4.1.2 Rom. If anyone knows how to make it not force close that would be great.

Tried fixing permissions, but it didnt help.

[Q] Sprint GS3 on Avatar ROM, not getting mms.

Ok so I was having absolutely no issues with messaging at all, just regular text. Then the messaging app starting crashing everytime I opened it. I have no idea if this is affecting this issues or not. I installed handcent and it works for text but unless I use handcent services I cant send MMS msgs. I don't receive any either.
Are their carrier settings I should be checking that would be causing this? Like under mobile network settings? I'm on the the 4.3 build of avatar rom.

Sorry, I thought I was in that part of the forum. Oops.. Okay so I just went down to the stable build of the ROM and my MMS issue has been resolved.
