I am looking for a rom that's fast, stable and hopefully has android 4.4.4. I would prefer to install a version of Paranoid Android but if not are there any suggestions for roms compatible with sgh 1747?

Somebody please help me find base and port rom for S Duos (s7562).
I'm thinking to use the following:
BASE ROM: Stock S7562 (ICS) or unofficial cm11 (KitKat)
PORT ROM: ?????
