[Q] Need ur help to install Xperia_S_eXistenZ_Black_Ed_v2 in SXSL

I am not a tech saavy but learning a lit bit from XDA.. I am on official JB.200 Locked boatloader downloaded the stock rom from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302631
this rom doesnt have recovery as well as not rooted.
I have spend 2 hours searching all the corners to root and install recovery... Kindly help me with an easy tutorial so i can get this done..
All this is to install Xperia_S_eXistenZ_Black_Ed_v2 in SXSL

Bro, can i get back to ICS and try to root and install CWM and try install the Black ROM.. As per the ROM it is suitable for LB as well.. it really amazes me with its features..

Stuck in JB bootloop
Dear friends,
I am here in need of u guys as i am in a critical position with my xperia SL
I am based on [ROM][S, SL][JB][LB,UB][6.2.B.0.200] eXistenZ | V2 | HDR [10/06]
today this morning i have tried to install [STABLE][FINAL VERSION][Based on 6.2.B.1.96]LeOpArDx RoM V3.2 Very Smooth--Very Fast
i was able to install it but there was no mobile network connectivity after installing the ROM, So i have reset the phone back to factory settings to wipe out all the settings in the phone and restarted the phone that is where my phone locked into the boot loop now i am unable to boot the mobile. i can say that i have pressed the Power+Volume Up button and powered off the mobile after the three vibrates. If i connect my mobile with the laptop it vibrates and charges properly..
I am really need of u guys in helping me friends.. Kindly help me

Internet Settings are for getting access to Mobile Internet in your device.. Don't tell me you've not downloaded Internet Settings in any of your phones before..

hy I hav htc one V and the network goes down abruptly during calls...and I need to restart my fone which again takes 10 minutes, what do I need to do to get rid of tis problem pls help me

First of all, some more information is needed:
- are you GSM or CDMA?
- is your Bootloader unlocked?
- are you rooted?
- which Rom?
- which Kernel

I use GSM and I haven't unlocked the bootlander neither had I rooted my mobile...I use Ice Cream Sandwich stock rom and kernel thanks fr ur reply

I'm really sorry, but, that's the way hov is working if you didn't do anything to improve it...
If it will bother you too much, and if you know at least basics, you can easily unlock, root, put another rom, mods... and you'll have "a new phone". Until that steps, you'll have to be with what you have... Sorry...
You can find a lot of tutorials on XDA, read them first, then, if you will decide, try them... Not necessary mine...

From what you wrote, one would have to suggest that you send it in for warranty repair

Try to do a factory reset. That can help.
But for most of the part, this problem cannot be fixed.
You can even try some other ROM and see if the problem persists.

[Q] Wifi Direct Problem on DN3 V5

Please sort out file sharing through WIFI Direct on DN3 rom V5
After Establishing Connection, Sharing give "Unfortunately Settings have stopped working"
Flashed Clean Rom through TWRP.

I got this problem too..wifi direct problem..after connect too wifi direct..unfunately setting have stopped....don't no what the problem..try use sbeam..it's ok no problem..

Hello, I have no problem so far with wifi direct on DN3 V5 Rom. The problem was about the screen mirroring. It said "Can't enable screen mirroring because of hardware issue." Fortunately, I replaced the lib I found on xda, and finally it worked seamlessly by now.

You'll get FC Settings
try these steps
Before selecting file for sharing make a wifi direct connection with other device.
Then select file that you wanna share.
I guarantee that you'll get fc
if not then let me know

I suppose the problem is with secsettings.apk
Due to dual settings(note 3 and s5) its facing this problem.

Hello, I did this many times for different firmwares, from official 4.3 to official 4.4.2, then this custom rom, and I never get a fc.
It's just a lib file that you can replace, nothing more.
I hope I can help anyone here with DN3 V5 Rom since I know how it feels like to be lost. Just ask, I'll help if I can. But, please don't PM me.

[HELP] status bar clock not running

Anybody please help.. I get problem on my c1905 running stock jb 4.3 clock on statusbar not running if screen on.. on logcat I found error on RTC.. I tried to full wipe and full flash and tried flash cm12 but still get the problem.. please somebody help me.. thanks very much before

you have same problem like me. -_- the problem that is no everyone can resolve that. you want to ask? just think i'm write almost 3 page in cm12 thread and nothing found any solution. but let me ask. are your alarm is work? my alarm still work when in stock rom. but that's i know try cm11 in my device clock will be running correctly ok
try cm11 is my suggest

data bug fix/patch for aosp/cm12.1 roms on xperia m

guys whoever facing data bug in aosp and cm12.1 roms .. There is a patch for that. But still data works in first sim only. Change sims to slot one and use it (in case you want to use data in both sims)
Thanks to Bonoboo he released a patch to fix it .
So simple just download and flash it via recovery thats it...!!!!
and for whoever wants to use cm12.1 just follow this link

Hai hemanth shuffling sims was not working with this patch alsoi was tried too many times but no use

i dont know what your doing with your phone
but i can able to get mobile data in both sims by shuffling
may be apn issuse be the reason for your problem shuffle the sims , remove old ones and pls manually add apns (valid ones google it ) and then use it
if still your not getting pls try to come back stock firmware and flash again any new roms

After changing sims data tile shows no sim card
And the data fix patch also not works
I was tried new patch but no use
But signal s gets on boot very fastly within single minute

yeah tried it yesterday only.... But mobile data is not connecting with this new ril
i hope it will work on aosp roms ( not sure )... why because i previously used old rils without any problem in aosp roms..

one last thing i wanna say.. if you have patience pls try it
use old mi2 rils and flash data bug patch
use any aosp roms (do a clean install pls flash stock firmware first , install recovery then flash custom roms )
like last time i used tipsy rom it was nice
then next add apns use the internet for some time
when you want to change the sims
just do one thing this time
1.change the sims (delete old ones )
2.go to recovery just wipe only cache and dalvik cache
3.reboot
4.now add apns and connect to data
I really want from my side this time you will get it .....
And i thank you for your patience taking every small chance of getting data ..:good:

Only one bug: sometimes mobile data gone at many conditions.

Off and on mobile data in Settings or from quick tile.
Or on/off airplane mode.

Sir bonoboo is there possible sim changing like old rils,I mean data bug fix patch how to works,after sim remove and again inserted data tile shows no service,how to fix this

Yeah its not working ..
i recommend you to switch to cm13 its very stable compare to cm12.1
