I've seen threads with flashable kernels but would like to request a flashable zip of the most recent firmware upgrade. With all the badace dev support in this community, this shouldn't be to big of a task.
FYI- I'm stuck in a hotel right now that's why I don't just use Odin to update.

There is a flashable for the MDL radio. Then flash an MDL based rom (like Wicked)

So couldn't I just flash the radio than install cm10.1 or will I even have to reflash cm10.1?

There isn't one yet. The best you can do for now is to use Odin:

Magic Oreo, always go to Development and search forum button and if you know the latest firmware number like FC09 put FC09 tar odin in the search box. It should lead you to it. Google will take you there also, throw xda in as well there.

In order to make one clicks need a few things:

TZ and Sboot are unpacked in the .ZIP so they should already be good to go.
I'll work on repacking recovery.img based on LJC and updating content from the .ZIP file.
Remaining images will be pulled from LJC to make restore version of LK8 once we have the above dumps.
If you can help me with these please do so, upload and PM the file location.
I'll be happy to repack as needed!

Are you not rooted or something? This is probably the same lk8 Sprint will release like a month+ from now, meaning people can update much sooner and developers can make fresh roms based on this leak. It means we get 4.1.2 sooner

It can be done that way, but it's easier to pull it from the device... Doesn't really matter right now for I337M, they all use the same modem... I'll have one up shortly...

Stock firmwares and Custom recoveries can be flashed via Odin and for custom ROMs that can be flashed using custom recoveries...

Like Parth2187 correctly said, Odin is mostly used to flash recoveries, modems and firmware files.
All ROMs available in development section are zip packed, so no they can't be flashed through Odin.
For a ROM to be flashable through Odin but you would have to pack the /system folders into img file followed by .tar compressed extension. And finally a md5 sum would have to be generated for it to be valid to flash through Odin. This would take a bit of time for each updated ROM file, so the developers prefer to release recovery flashable zips instead.
