No not necessarily. Att offers the 64 gig which isn't a developer version. It's (for the most part) online only however I have heard some smaller stores received the 64 gig. But they probably sold them by now if they did get any.
On a different note, this is the wrong section. If everyone would simply not reply to this thread or if a mod could close it that'd be great.

here in Singapore, the 64GB sold as retail product... not a developer edition...
off course it comes with locked bootloader...

I bought it in Singapore... It is a retail version with locked bootloader...

hey guys i have an htc one x on contract but i wanna use sim cards from other networks as well, please confirm if rooting can fix this issue or not?

HOX & Playstation Mobile error 8008103E

Hi guys, my hox htc_016 (voda south africa), get's error 8008103E when trying to open Playstation Mobile. It's a compatible device with the PSM app but i get always that error. Solutions???

My intl version got it alost a month back. Are you using the ATT One X? In that case people have been waiting forever
I own the international HOX and didnt get the ota update .. btw its stock non rooted

you can take a look in the market and search for CID or go into fastboot and type in the terminal:
fastboot getvar cid
or if your phone is branded:
fastboot oem readcid

My girlfriend has a koodo (Canada) HTC one v and i just wondering which guide i should follow to root it? Also which kind of rom (cmda or gsm) is compatible? The last thing i want to do is to brick her phone.... She would kill me lol
