Reassigning voice mail button in the Dialer

I don't use the stock voice mail, I use youmail. And was wondering if I could make the button to open youmail?

You can try decompiling the app and editing the code

Task manager

Dont remember a task manager shortcut on the note 2 but note sure if one was implemented on the note 3. Is it anyway to access the task manager besides holding down the home button?
