[Rom] Xperia S Miui ICS 2.11.5 (Develop stopped by MIUI)

today i bring you the officialy new Miui for our XS not tweaked because i dont know yet how to do it
this thread will be update weakly with every miui update

i didnt take any credit on this rom ... my project is miui jb release will be later

How to install :
for locked BL thanks to hellonasty

how to flash for noobs or anyone having issues on locked bootloader:
- download and install 7zip as it enables you to edit zip files without extract or copy
- download rom zip and open archive with 7zip. navigate to updater-script and right click then edit. delete the first 2 lines to the word 'show'. close and save and yes to update archive then close it
- copy the modified rom zip, gapps and cwm zip from here to root of sdcard before attempting to flash the rom. cwm zip is needed to restore cwm recovery as it is removed during flashing of rom zip
- boot into recovery using xparts or quick boot or manual method
- wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, in advanced menu wipe dalvik, fix permissions
- in mounts and storage format system
- install zip from sdcard then choose rom zip to install. do not reboot system as yet
- install gapps
- install cwm zip
- reboot system
Enjoy

wipe data / factory reset / wipe cash
put the zip file on sd and flash it throw CWM

Open the zip rom, go to META-INF>com>google>android and delete the updater-script, and copy the updater-script file to zip rom.

inside the script zip there are 2 updater files ! 1 inside the folder that on the zip !!
wich one to copy ??

Updater-script, is the file i put in atachment! Only need change the file.
Tomorrow o upload the complete rom to LB.

Since omega rom has already modded stock launcher, so flashing my mod over omega rom won't work.
And if you uploaded omega stock seclauncher2.apk...I will make changes and upload the modded omega stock launcher.
( Flash this mod on pure stock deodexed and in my opinion I recommend wanams lite deodexed xxlsj rom )

Ditto - is this different from the original version that was uploaded on the 19th? The OP says 1-28 - the download says 1-19?

Keeps Losing Time
Hey great ROM but my only problem is that I have my phone setup to get the time automatically from the cellular network. It keeps losing its time for whatever reason? Another thing whenever I reboot my phone GAPPS keeps saying that it is updating and it goes to my homescreen....My weather app keeps the time no problem...Please someone take a look at this...

asslamu alekum..here is the MIUI v5 4.8.9 by dom3616 but i try to make some fix on it:
what i did fixed is
v2 change logo:
-fixing apps to SD and make SD card the default for saving.
-add Reboter app to use it for boot to recovery etc...and a good athan apps.
v1 change logo:
1-wifi and hotspot working fine now even if you change the settings of the wifi hotspot it will change.before it was not save any change of hospot wifi settings.
2-contacs import export working now.
3-make the lock screen smother and faster.
4-apns fixed.
5-fix the proximity sensor.
6-i add some programs as: estrong file manger and OPMM( opera mini mod and translated to english too) xposed and xposed model nova launcher and its telsa appk...
**to use nova launcher you must go to settings>disaple>default lancher and change it from there.
**bug still noticed:
-widget contact cant be created..

to fix that open any working root file manger and go to system\etc and delete the gps.conf file then reboot your phone:good:
for nokia XL users you can use this rom but after flashing this rom you must flash this patch in the attachment before first boot

the problem with APP to SD is solved with alternative application like APP master . Link2SD and .....
This Rom i think is the best Rom for NokiaX every thing (WIFI, Portable Wifi, Sensors, APN, ....) works fine and the battery life is very very very good.

sins I am happy to hear that.and abut the point 4 of what I did fixed.I mean mass storage fixed.I forget to copy the files that's responsible about that and it will make the apps to installed in SD by default..I will upload the files soon.so brother sins you will have just multi language problem now...

[MOD][MM][STOCK][ROOT][Z5 Series] Home APK, SystemUI Latest version

I want to share 2 edited APKs with you all as I am using them by myself for couple of days
I just downloaded the Home APK from APK mirror and decompiled it, edit some values, edited some images and recompiled it, signed it, and zip-aligned it.
Same goes for the SystemUI except I used the one from XZROM v 3.0 , so preedited credits goes to the respective ROM developers.
Home APK Features :
- No gradient anywhere , looks very clean and bright.
- Auto hide page navigation indicators
- "APPS" button changed to something beautiful (by my standard)
- App drawer is fully transparent.
- Based on latest Home version 10.2.A.1.0 and then changed to 10.2.A.1.0_CHINMOY32
- "Auto Rotate" and "Double Tap to Sleep" pre-selected in settings.
- Some animation optimization done, speed and fluency wised, you will be able to feel them while using.
- Thats all , I think

- Nav bar buttons are removed , you can just touch them there and they will work as before.

- Only tested them on my Z5 E6683 DSDS, works fine with no FCs or error. You can always try them and let me know, I will edit the OP accordingly.

Instructions:
- First of all make a nandroid backup of your full system. (i.e. I am not responsible for any sorrow someone might feel)
- Copy the APKs to their respective folders inside the SYSTEM partition (must have root for that) using any decent file explorer (i.e. X-Plore)
- SET permission 644
- Clean Cache and Delvik Cache.
- Restart and you are all done.

Not working in my stock z5p i got wallpaper picture with back key . And when lock screen it is black all time. Pls any screenshot or any other working with z5 stock rooted

Bro your file is not flashable .zip it is an .apk . I replace systemui from system/privateapp/systemui and give the right permission and restart

I know they are not flashable. But either way you need to clean the cache and delvik cache. It may seem like it is working without cleaning but after a while it will start to boot-loop. So clean 'em just to be on safe side of things
I cant give you odexed , but you can always copy them to their respective places and delete the "OAT" folder and make them work in your odexed ROM.
