Wrong section.
It's only available in US for now. They said that it would be available in other countries in "some months".
you can use xposed framework and a module (google xposed module there's a toolkit with the module you need) that disables play store country restrictions etc. that should work

Gapps doesn't contain Gmail since it's on the play store. And posting it on xda has issues since it *might* fall under warez, since google has removed certain apps from certain locales.

Ditto. It is not there in any gapps.
What I do is back it up everytime I flash a new ROM.
Here's the Gmail link on play store, hope it works for you.

you know why it worked for some?
the reason why the Music Hub works for some is because they install the Google Wallet Fix. since part of the fix is changing the Model, Device and Name in the Build.prop to the Galaxy Nexus this causes to auto update Music Hub and Media Hub from Google Play. you need to be rooted to get these to work.

That's how my Music Hub and Media Hub updated. once I revert back the Build.Prop and browse for the app in Google Play it will say "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Here's how I enabled mine just now:
Must Have ROOT!
1. Download device spoofer (paid app) from Play Store
2. Open device spoofer, after database updates backup your current device info.
3. Scroll through device list and select Galaxy Nexus
4. Reboot
You should now have 2 updates available in the Play Store, one for media hub and one for music hub.
Have Fun!

Right before you set device spoofer to galaxy nexus and reboot go in and wipe data for music hub. See if that makes a difference for you.

I'm looking for one that will allow me to connect to France and the US. I used Hideman, which was a great app until it stopped working for me. Can't seem to find anything similar. I would welcome your suggestions. Thanks!

I use Hotspot Shield VPN. Does what I want and works with all the USA stuff
I use Hidemyass which has servers, amongst other countries, in US and France
I use securitykiss 50gb option. Always fast and many countries available.

Well for pc I use their software and for Tablet/mobile I configure under android settings. They have loads of tutorials how to set it up.

you can try: http://justfreevpn.com/
Another vote for HideMyAss or StrongVPN as it has both PPTP and OpenVPN with county selection.

Been using WiTopia for the past couple years. $69/year for multiple servers, unlimited bandwidth and pptp+l2tp+openvpn. If you want only one of the protocols,, they have cheaper plans available as well.
For app, you can manually add it in the vpn section or you can get the openvpn app from the market and set it up to use openvpn as well. There are several guides you can find on configuring openvpn on Android.

HideMan VPN

I use hideninja. It's not perfect but it's the cheapest (one time payment of about $5).

Subscribe to a service like unblock us or unotelly. I am currently using unotelly. Their are many other VPN and dns services available to get pandora, US Netflix, amazon instant, Hulu plus, spotify.
I subscribe to unblock-us and it's set up on my phone. I put in my us sim to download the app and now I'm just fighting to get it set up lol

Are you doing it on wifi or the mobile network? Im guessing your just having problems downloading the app. Use an app like market enabler to change your location to allow you to download pandora.

Get Lucky Patcher, then patch Play Store with the custom patch. All apps are unrestricted afterwords.

will it use $ as currency too ?
You can probably get a free U.S. phone number and sign up for an American Google account...you may or may not need a VPN.

The currency, I do not know. I think it's linked to phone settings not the locale. Sorry.
