Guess u mean the notification panel right? Are you rooted? If you are rooted then install xposed installer and xblast tools..You can make plenty of modifications to notification panel and much more with xblast tools..

Do it step by step
1. Install exposed installer
2. Install x blast tools
3. Inside exposed installer click install
4. Reboot phone
5. Open xposed installer click modules and select xblast tools
6. Reboot
7. Now open x blast tools make the changes u want
8. Select notification panel>>bgcolor and bring the slide bar down totally to make it fully transparent
9. Reboot phone ...u will see the changes

Dude my Xblast is not working it first vibrates once and twice shuts down

use WANAM EXPOSED, install it from Google play, you can do a lot of changed at notification bar.

(Problem) Not able to use transparent notification pulldown.

Guys im using balliboxer's new rom and in wanam modules im not able to use transparent notification bar... need help ) thank you)

CM 10.1 status bar,notification pull down and app drawer

Hi guys im new to this forum. Recently i tried flashing maclaw's CM10.1 an l love it! One thing i wanna ask if its possible to make the notification area and app drawer transparent? Thanks in advance

Can anybody help me I wanted a transparent notification bar. I wanted the below pic in which the notification bar could become transparent thnx in advance!!

If you are on stock based 4.2.2 ROM (not CM), use wanam Xposed module, you can easily make your entire notification pull down transparent or any other color you want
Alternate similar app for all android 4.0+ XBlast Tools

Download apk 2.3.1 : http://dl-count.xposed.info/modules/de.robv.android.xposed.installer_v21_77db90.apk
Install Instructions
For the framework:
Download XposedInstaller.apk and install it
Launch the Xposed Installer, go to the "Framework" section and click on "Install/Update"
Reboot
Done!
For any modules you want to install:
Download <module>.apk and install it
Launch the Xposed Installer and go to the "Modules" section (you will also get there if you click on the notification warning you that the module is not enabled yet)
Enable the module by checking the checkbox
Reboot
Done!

[REQ] Gradient+S4 Status Bar

Hi guys.. today i've noticed a thread in other section (link below) in which a dev was able to port S4 status bar with gradient (i love gradient) to Android 4.1.2 (the phone is galaxy s3 mini)..

Its good but the gradient is more acceptable as its from the Tw6

Download tinted statusbar> select touchwiz home> set opacity
