Check the ROM thread in detail instead of asking here. You should get a better idea.

I bilieve LuPuS V4. CPU a 2GHz is dangerous. I've a CPU standard frequency on Jelly Bean 4.1.2 very nice V04 and no lags and veri smooth
for performance: LupusV4
for battery life: Fusion v3.9
about ROm: i prefer C.A.M.P.S+
Frequency: 245-1.04GHz smartassV2 - sio
Why would you want your CPU at 1.8GHz or even 2GHz anyway? I have my arc S at 800mhz and it runs flawless. As for kernel i believe only lupus v4 allows you to overclock to 2GHz. ROM I'm using miui 2.11.2 but I personally like CM10

I think that Racing JB has good performance, but plaese don't use JB for gaming xD it's a suicide... there are lot of GB roms very good, JB for now doesn't have a good ram management for gaming... maybe with the kernel 3.4 but the project has been stopped and i don't think we will reach the performance of GB
There is now such thing as which is the best, try some and see which suits you the best.
Thanks
