After installing the rom, it keeps on the Pac Man logo animation. More than 10 minutes.
I came from FXP219. Wiped Data, cache, dalvik, format system, fix pemissions.
Any clues?
Did you hard reset by holding power and volume up till it vibrates 3 times.

No problem your not the only one with that issue when I get home from work I will redo the framework file and hopefully it fixes the issue.
My problem is that it doesn't happen with my device. Makes it hard to figure out the exact cause

Lol not the most elegant way to install a ROM but I will enable the old download link and if people want to do it that way they can till I can get the framework fixed. It is a problem with apktool or my use of it but no matter what even if I don't change anything it won't boot it is in the bug tracker to be fixed in version 2 in a couple of weeks

I tried that port like 2 months ago,but the wifi doesn't work for me.I tried everything,but no success...
it's a good rom,I liked it,but to many bugs...i'm gona try to port an ics or even a jb rom for you guys,but i'm gonna stay with gb
and ts1506 thx for the tip with speedmod.it works very good even without oc

I think in this one the wifi were working, so you could continue your port based to this rom.

First of all: Thanxx for your work! I've downloaded your ROM yesterday. Unfortunately I was not able to flash it or better said, the phone doesn't boot after flashing. All that I've seen was the white "Samsung GT-I9000"-Logo that appears when the phone boots up, then it repeats all the time. Just a feedback dude........

What base have you started from? Try flashing stock jw8 , then full wipe , flash rom , reboot recovery , full wipe and flash again and reboot.

This is a pretty cool rom, It is themable like MIUI and has a very slick launcher and a very slick feel
Possible Issues
- CM10 Inherent Issues
- LED lights broken (Maybe Kernel related, looking into it)
- Phone sometimes refuses to reboot, instead going to lockscreen
*Hold the power button down after selecting restart/shutdown/whatever to 'turn off' the phone
- Everything else is fine, while running phone functions fine

This is a very early release, this rom is being worked on by myself, THEAPant and Tim1928, This is a very early build and does have some issues with localization and probably other misc. issues here and there. I don't know how this will go over with the current CM10 kernel, everything may or may not work correctly.
ShenduOS seems fairly new and as a result there is no 'online themes' yet, themes need to be imported but this test can technically be used as a daily driver so here you are

but you know that sir Arco is really workin hard and CM10.1 is now Alpha5 with the highest available kernel, i am using Alpha4 now and it is really smooth but the battery drain is really bad.

I tried Slim Bean, really nice rom. But I'm having market issues, cuz of the dpi changes, alot of says they're not compatible with the device. I tried the 6 step a few times in the ROM control settings but didn't work.
You're not having market issues? Are did u change DPI to stock?

PS Or could that be because I didnt use the Gapp u provided? I used the standard one that CM10.1 uses aswell. I had some errors with your provided Gapp, maybe a corrupted download.

Really , someone said the network didn't work , maybe they made a mistake .
Camera not working good, atleast for me. Its too slow in taking pics.

Update: Here is a work around. I just replaced gallery2.apk in /system/app with a cm10.1 one. Now old camera is back which works good.

And also, vibrations don't work but not a big bug. Can survive without vibration...rom is quite stable otherwise.

THIS Rom is very slow and buggy. Need a lot of fixes.

the latest available cm11 build by oliver and I tried the gapps on page and I tried all the gapps on page 3/4 of the forum . which gapps do you recommend?
edit- it signed in now randomly. so now its over

I've been testing it and it's awesome, but there's a small bug I've noticed and haven't seen reported yet: the led indicates full charge as soon as the battery reaches 95% while charging. Could someone report this to Olivier? Thanks

That happens in any CM10, 10.1 ROM. It's not a bug but a cyanogenmod feature I think.

It's a feature, depends on rom. It can also be 90% on some roms

Solution: wait until GPS is developed for Wildfire S CM11 if it ever comes...

Hey guys, I've been testing the last build Olivier uploaded (2/06) and I can't get Wifi to work. I've reinstalled the rom but nothing changed. I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue?
Update: It was a problem related to the new kernel, Olivier has already fixed it.

Check at the bottom of the Settings menu. You can manage root permissions with Superuser.
