Please note, this is not my port. I was just playing around on my N7, and gave it a try and this one worked perfectly fine.
Move to ChargingWallpaperPicker.apk to System folder, give the right permissions and then install other two as normal apk.
it did not let me attach the file here because of its size, so I copied to my dropbox:

So where exactly did this come from? Is it pulled straight from an LG ROM? If not, where did it come from?

Kinda cool. The Main app crashes on me when I select a LWP but still works when I plug it in.
What this does is changes your wallpaper to one of the 2 included in the zip (Bubbles and Fireflies) when you plug the device in. The LWP reads your battery juice and the LWP displays that via a more/less bubbles/fireflies.
Nice little tweak. I'd like to see some new development on the LWPs.
The LWP changes back to your original wallpaper when unplugged.
There are 3 apks in the zip. Copy the main one to /system/app and change permissions to match others. The LWPs can just be installed normally.

yeah it is like ASUS water LWP. I am not sure why it crashes (maybe some other lib files it needed), but like you said, it works when charging, which is nice.

Just a quick question, does anyone know where the default wallpapers are stored?
I ran a quick search and serched manually but couldn't find them. I'd just like to add a couple more to keep my SD Card folder a bit tidy.
Thanks
? you can put custom wallpapers anywhere on your phone, it'll become recognized in the gallery app.
I'm not sure about ICS but for previous versions of android they are in the launcher2.apk

Yep they're in there. Launcher2.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi\wallpaper_name.jpg
Hmm, that's a shame.
Although could I replace that APK with another one with a few more added? The reason being, is I want to have some wallpapers in the phone, that will show up when I go to change a wallpaper but which will not appear in my gallery.
you can make a wallpaper folder, put a .nomedia file in it and then use a filebrowser app to set your wallpaper. not the easiest thing to do but it'll work.
additionally you can download a custom gallery like quickpic that lets you hide folders.
So i pulled the apk from data/app.
Replaced the icon inside like usual
Put it back to data/app. And it goes missing from the app drawer.
Tried putting it in system/app, and it says Handcent has stopped working.
Something im missing?
Non system apps have to installed, not just pushed. Delete your old one first our you'll get a parse error.

So grab the apk, change the icons, uninstall handcent, push hte apk, INSTALL that new apk from data/app?
Yep. if all your doing is changing icons, why not use nova launcher and do it with no hassles?

I figured id lose some kind of core ics functionality changing to a third party launcher.
Cant get this **** to work at all....
copied the com.handcent....apk file to my pc. Changed the icon.
uninstalled handcent from my phone
Transferred over the com.handcent....apk from pc to /data/app
Ran the apk and installed it, says Application not installed when i try to install it.
Upload the icon and the apk file. I'll help if you like.

Thank you, heres the two icons i want thrown in, theyre both in the drawable-hdpi folder. Thanks. Ones the main icon for the apk. The icon_pink is to overwrite the pink notification choice u can choice as a icon in the app settings.
Does nova change the app drawer icons? If so,how?
I thought it could only change home screen icons

Nova doesn't do app drawer icons, only homescreen. They do keep even after an update though. For OP, there is something odd about this app. Even just decompiling/recompiling with no changes, and the app closes immediately after startup. No errors or anything, and logcat returns no errors. My only advice is to use Nova Launcher- you will not lose one bit of functionaloty or appearance (exactly like stock) and will gain a ton of features.

here is the .apk for the semi-transparent weather widget. It's made to match the digital clock. i been using this with the stock rooted ics rom. i would show a screenshot but the i'm having trouble capturing a screenshot on a stock rom. amazing how i took that feature for granted when i had the option available in the advanced power menu in other roms.
just make sure to set the permissions to rw-,r--,r--
Almost forgot... this might go without saying for some.. but this gotta be pushed using root explorer. Don't try to install normally
my first ever custom apk... hope it works out for all
Would you happen to have the calendar version in semi-transparent ?

what i did was use root uninstaller app to remove the older one. there are 2 accuweather apps remove the one that is bigger in size. then use root explorer to drop the app in the system/app folder. reboot your phone and the app should be installed perfectly.
now simply add the new widget.:good:
For those looking to have different launcher grids (4x5,5x5,5x6,etc) check out this thread...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2462912
Since we don't have recovery you have to manually push the files...
Download and install another launcher just in case something goes wrong...( Nova,Apex, etc)
BACKUP your stock SecLauncher4.apk and SecLauncher4.odex files from your system/apps folder
1. download the preferred zip
2. extract and copy the launcher grid size you want to use
3. Delete the SecLauncher4.odex from the system/apps folder
4. paste the new SecLauncher4.apk and overwrite the existing one
5. reboot and profit
***Some widgets will not work properly***

Not exactly sure how to fix it. I'm using the deviant development transparent app. I think from the t mobile note 3 themes and apps. It may be the same that is in hyperdrive but not sure. I'll ask and see.

Here are the NERV icons ripped right from the MAGI Home Launcher of the Docomo SH-06D NERV phone.
I"ll add the Eva Framework and SystemUI .png files soon too.
*Update -
To clear up any confusion, here is the link for the system folder of the SH-06D Nerv
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=148780&uk=1563022666
Alright here are the Framework-res and SystemUI from the SH-06D NERV phone..extracted from their apks and rezipped so the files can be used to replace the .png files your phones Framework-res and SystemUI.
If you don't know how to replace .png on your phone I DO NOT suggest you do so.
Here is the Boot animation from the SH-06D. Install as you would any other Bootani. If you don't know how that is done, Check out Kevinrocks post. I don't have the means to record it booting up on my phone so here's the link to see what the ani looks likes. Enjoy. oh and the resolution is matched for the Note 2 (720x1280)

Expect a NERV Rom after soon kit kat is released by Samsung...

Well I will try to get these included in a build for you. No promise that it will work but I will give it a shot. How about the launcher and widgets do you have them posted some where? Or maybe even a link to the original rom?
The only part of the original Rom that is available is the root system folder...it's on the Nexus 4 forum...I already have the Widgets working on my phone...I've pushed over the framework and the system ui.. the only thing not working is Magi.
バカバカバカ!
I went to your xda profile and found all your posts so i have everything now. I was thinking about adding it to my source build of mahdi. To get the magi launcher working will probably require major modification of the apk. I have not done much of that before but will give it a shot.
I watched the video and tried the widgets. Personally i dont like them but i wanted a new challenge.
Sent from my SPH-L900 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
The Widgets are hit or miss with people...I've seen magi work on 2 devices.. a Huwei and a Nexus... but no information on how they got it working. I do know it requires the 3D drivers from the original phone...so removing that requirement should make it work...I don't want to test it on my phone. Trying to get my hands on another device that I can just use for testing.

I've noticed that the screen selector view does not work properly on 4.3 roms..If any dev is interested in making a NERV Rom for the Note 2, please let me know. As of now, I'm running the launcher, widgets and a few various apps from the ICS build of the Official NERV Rom on top of the Swampmonster Rom...The color scheme for that Rom matches up with MAGIHome and the Magi Widgets quite nicely.

Launcher is posted on here...it works, though on some roms the polytope does not show up. If you could build a Rom around the Nerv system folder, That would be very awesome. Having an issue with some JB versions stopping the widgets from updating. Tried changing their oom values with superchargerV6, but they still crap out. This wasn't an issue on 4.3, but on 4.3 Magi wouldnt display properly. maybe you could sort it all out

Here is a quick setup on beanstalk. Only issue is when you add widgets you have to choose widgets option and not nerv widgets or it will fc. I will play with getting all the icons added in. Also I had to set doi as 300 not 320 but that is due to using the nav bar.
